Job was ok till they forced transfered most of the drivers from the Bakersfield yard to the Lost hills yard and now it's an hour drive from and to work but yet there's online posting of looking for driver for the Bakersfield yard, there safety bonus is a joke its designed so that there's a good chance your not getting anything, communication between the office and the drivers is bad, most of there trucks are junk. Most of the info on there ads is b/s , but at least it's a paycheck for the time being oh and that up to 26 an hour only if your lucky enough to get a little extra as a bonus other than that you top out at 24 an hour that's it.

One of the worst places I've ever worked. Turnover rate is the most I've ever witnessed and they do absolutely nothing to keep employees. You will only have a decent truck if you have been there for many years ,otherwise you will be driving a heap that you will not feel safe even driving. Trucks are governed at 55 but have not been calibrated in god knows how long and the one I was given probably only did about 53 mph and this was dangerous and added extra time to the 500 miles they expect you to do every night. When these concerns were brought to the supervisors attention he had little to no concern over my issues. I stayed with company a little over a month out of 4 people that were hired at the same time I was I lasted the longest of the group. Unless things have changed you are paid per load not per hour and the only way to make any kind of money is to get 2 loads per night driving 500 miles to complete the 2 loads. half the time they send so many trucks to the same locations there is no possible way to get both loads in so you wind up working 12 to 13 hours for minimum wage or less.
