Excellent service here at Gateway Toyota. It was amazing coming here and purchasing a new vehicle Gonzalo Rey was absolutely the best salesman very nice, very understanding, respectful he s the guy you want to come see. All the Spanish speaking customers need to come see him, nothing was rushed he let us decided the perfect car for us. I couldn t be any happier with the service offered here today, and with the treatment here at Gateway Toyota. Super exited to drive away in my brand new highlander.

The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Our salesman Lou molino was great he took the time to listen and did everything possible to get us what we were looking for. True I had to put down 1K more than I wanted to and the monthly payment was 70.00 more than I was hoping to spend but we got so much more than we were expecting and the Corolla drives like a dream. I would refer Gateway and Lou to anyone I know looking for a car with excellent service.

All I can say is I am completely disappointed with Gateway Toyota. Purchased a my 3rd Camry here. 2021 Camry XSE, in January. The sunroof completely. shattered into pee glass. Service told me it's my problem, file with my insurance company....so now I own a 2021 camry with a shower curtain sunroof.Dont buy Toyota!!!!!

As my service representative, Abby went above and beyond to get the work on my car done in a timely manner and to explain recommended services, so I could decide if it was work needed sooner or could be put off until a later date. Today we came to Gateway to look for a new Toyota. We had leased from them 3 years ago and had such a great experience so there was no question to come back again. Today we had the pleasure of taking and working with Lou Molino. He was from start to finish very pleasant, kind and non pressuring. His knowledge of the vehicles was also top notch. I can t thank him enough for making this transition from one vehicle to another so smooth. I ve purchased a car six times in my life. Twice with Mike in the last month. The only reason I came back to Gateway the second time is because of the way Mike treated me. Mike is someone who will treat you fairly, work a deal for you, and make an effort to get to the terms you seek on the car.

When you work with Mike, you re working with someone who cares about the customer. He goes above and beyond. He treats you with respect the entire time.

Gateway sales staff were very polite in welcoming me into the showroom. They made an offer on the car that I wanted to lease. We did not make a deal on the first visit. The sales person called me the following day with an offer that I accepted. I went back that afternoon and drove out with the car I wanted at a fare price. My wife and I have been at Gateway three times over the past 9 years and have always been very satisfied.
