got bullied, lied to, shouted at plus inappropriate behaviour was used, a dreadful experience for both me & my husband to have happen in our own home especially as my husband was a very poorly man, not even worthy of one star.

Very poor service. Got referral from my GP to this service as I needed a hoist for my sister who's a disabled 48 year old. This was 4 months ago. Still waiting to be seen by an assessor. I'm risking both of our health and safety by picking her up and moving her around the house. It's a accident waiting to happen.
No one answers the phone, on hold 57 mins disgusting. Covid is a big excuse now,and that music they play is dreadful.
Did absolutely nothing for me. Only interested in who/where was my funding coming from. Got no help at all from this department.
