Maintenance is not good , rent keeps going up when I moved here I was told it was for retired people on a fixed income no so.

They said I was approved took deposit and first month rent told turn lights on and then would not give key called head lady and didn't hear back from her and when she did called me during work hours and I still have my 200 dollar money order no one cash and they give me my car for it. I would never recommend Boone go there

Where do I start? What a phenomenal team of people to work with! Our Management company strives each day to be better than we were yesterday, We are constantly learning and growing and striving to do our best and give all of our residents our best! From our Corporate team all the way down the line to the ever so important Property Managers and Maintenance,I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

I've worked with Gateway Management Company for almost 8 years before joining the GMC team. I've been with Gateway now for almost two and a half years and really enjoy the team environment. Everyone is very helpful and works together well. I would recommend Gateway Management Company as a place to work.

Working for Gateway Management the past nine years has been very rewarding. Gateway has great leaders who provide professional service to our teams. Gateway Management is top notch. I am their pest control account manager, which means that I visit many of their properties on a regular basis. I have the pleasure of meeting with property manager, regional managers, and the maintenance department. During all my interaction with these great employees I have been treated with respect, and professionalism. If it were possible I would give Gateway Management 10 Stars!!!

I am waiting for my final approval however I did want owners/Mgr s that I am so grateful that they are building the senior Apts
These types of Apts are so needed for the communities that they are in
As a senior person that moved back from texas similar Apts gateway has given details that are necessary for the comfort and safety
My family found one older complex which did not have handicap showers and the 2 entrancie which had a step off several inches high no handicap ramps to mail box and no handicap sort from parking lot I have fallen twice with very little concern from property manager
This move may very well save my life
If you need any suggestions for improving when building your next senior Apts I will be glad to provide suggestions

I have not regretted my decision to join the Gateway Management Team! Everyone has been so welcoming. That family feeling is not only at our Corporate office, it spreads through out all of our properties. Gateway has wonderful, friendly managers and maintenance. They want to make sure that all of their residents call their Gateway Managed Property Home! The Gateway Team works together to provide outstanding service and solutions to issues. Excellent leadership!

Difficult communicating with office, lack of organization, Leasing reps were very rude and somehow bothered by potential tenants, long approval process (2+weeks)
