My experience with Endoscopy Center was very professional from my initial visit to the time and completion of the procedure. The one thing that needs improvement (I'm sure I'm not the first but hopefully the last to state) is the PREP! The 5 stars are for the staff, the prep was a big downer
The check in was enjoyable and a pleasure.
The nurse in the back was nice. I was tired since I had to be there for 845 for my 915 procedure. I didn t get called back until after 930. The nurse in the back was a little rough when grabbing my hand with the IV to put medicine. My procedure started almost 1 hour late.
My procedure went beautifully. Nurses were very attentive both before and after the procedure and my doctor spoke to me both before and after to make sure I understood what he was going to do and then what he found and when I would need to come back. The facility was clean and efficient.
The doctors and staff was wonderful. They made me feel comfortable enough to go to sleep knowing they would take good care of me. So with the Lord and them by side. I was in good hands with Louisiana Endoscopy Center. Try them you will be glad you did.
I had to have a colonoscopy and was very worried about the symptoms I had that lead up to me needing one. But the Doctor I had did not give me the real help or bed side manner I would have liked or paid for . (Dr Shovan The staff was much more warm and nice . The nurse gave me a paper to tell me what were the findings , not the doctor . I asked the nurse where was he after the procedure, I would think he would come and explain things or tell me how to eat or what I could do in future ,to treat the findings .. but it was on the print out to read it and go . That s what my insurance paid for . But he did come in and say very briefly what the paper said but no more . But Ms Lisa and Dana took good care of of me tho .
The medical personnel were great. They were knowledgeable and very kind. I felt like I was so well taken care of. They treated me like a friend. The total experience was positive.
Very nice staff. Very Clean . Very Efficient. This is my 2 Nd visit, 10 years apart, and still a GREAT Facility. As everyone knows, Dr Kirk Mullins is FANTASTIC!!

My recent visit was my first personal experience. I visited in the past when my mom was the patient and developed favorable opinions from then.
My experience was totally comfortable and pleasant. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They allowed me to ask any questions or voice any concerns I may have had. They were patient with me and thoroughly explained every step they would take in performing my procedure. When I recovered from the procedure they were right there, very attentive and caring. They verbalized the findings of the procedure, asked if I had any questions and may sure I was safe to go home. They said I would receive a call the following week to inform me of my test results. The following week, I not only receive a call, I received a call from 2 from different staffers who informed me of my great test results.
My experience was was awesome thanks to the staffers and Dr. Berggreen.
Everyone was super nice and very welcoming. It was a quick process and I would recommend anyone to them!
The Louisiana Endoscopy Center is top notch, no waiting, arrived, signed in and within minutes I was being prepared for my procedure, the staff is kind and compassionate. I woke up and was headed back to my house. Great experience.
