Even under these strange circumstances, with heightened alerts and PPE, Gaskell Avenue Dental Practice remains a hugely professional and welcoming surgery. The whole Team have gone to great lengths to ensure patient safety and peace of mind.

Gaskell Avenue is certainly the best Dental practice in the area. Mrs Fitzgerald is a first class dentist who has a professional and caring approach. I would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic dentists have been forced to close, but we were able to attend yesterday for a hygienist visit. This is down to the careful thought and planning of the practice. Every precaution was taken and we felt very safe. Our visit was managed very professionally.

Recommended by a friend, the quality of care and friendly environment was impressive. I had two large replacement fillings without a single flinch. Suddenly the dentists chair is a comfortable place to be!

I approached my urgent visit to the practice with some trepidation in view of the current crisis, but was reassured when I saw the efforts they had gone to in these difficult times to protect both themselves, and the patients. I would certainly recommend that anyone needing attention should have few worries about being vulnerable.
A small point I would make is . . . I called up by phone to find that the practice was shut on that particular day, but the message recorded did not say when it would be open next, which left me in a bit of a quandary - could the opening hours not be repeated on the recorded phone message?

The service was on time, efficient and friendly, from reception through to the dentist and dental assistant. Excellent precautions were in operation against covid-19. The only negative aspect was in that I had to pay when I made the appointment and was somewhat put out when I received a text reminding me of the appointment and suggesting I might have to pay a penalty if I did not turn up.
