After being stood up twice by a mobile mechanic company I had it towed here. It arrived 4pm Monday afternoon, my car was finished 8:30 Tuesday morning. John was so helpful. The ladies inside are so friendly. The mechanics were honest.

Not so good experience. Saw the ad for 9.95 oil change, should have been a red flag right there. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I tried it out. Only because I couldn't get into the place I ALWAYS go to! So I went to pick my car up and they informed me my oil cap was broken, and it HAD to be changed. So that was an additional 32 bucks. I asked their employee, wouldn't it have been leaking if it was cracked and they said yes it should. I've never had a leak, never even a problem with my car. So I paid my 45 bucks and left. I really debated leaving a review, because I don't like to bash local businesses, but now I have a small oil leak, hmm so strange. Kind of weird since I just got the change 2 weeks ago and I've had a slow leak since. Yes I could have went back and told them about it, but why would I do that since I've had trouble since I went there. Shoppers beware of those deals that are to good to be true, THEY ARE!!!

Great service and very friendly. We had car issues on Christmas weekend. They quickly got us in and back on the road. They were very helpful!

These are great, personable down to earth people with a very knowledgeable staff. They keep you up to date with what repairs need to be done, what has been done and what they'll do to fix it. Reasonable prices and everything is priced down to specific parts and labor on pricing. Drove my car home with a smile on my face.

Nice folks who treat you fairly and price their services very reasonably. I brought my car here after issues with a neighboring mechanic who made some mistakes. They corrected all the issues and charged me what I thought to be a very reasonable amount. The people who run the shop are very friendly and not rushed or pushy. I would definitely recommend this location for your auto repair needs! I'm sorry that I'm just now finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area when I'm just about to move across the country. I wish I had found y'all sooner. Thanks for everything!

I've used these guys a couple of times for oil changes and had no problems until I did. My service before last someone put a synthetic blend in my Camry. The owner's manual says that synthetic blends are okay for 5,000 miles but after that a full synthetic has to be put in and if you go too long on the blend it will damage the engine. Anyways, people make mistakes and I don't think there's any engine damage but here's why I'm writing a review, I could tell something was up from the second they got my car opened up. I saw them whispering behind the counter and I finally got up and asked what the deal was. All the front desk person would tell me is that there a discrepancy at my last oil change.

I got my car back about a half hour later and looked at my invoices for my last few oil changes. Sure enough I saw where they put a synthetic blend. I called and spoke to someone who identified themselves as the manager but I'm not sure they actually were. I politely told them that I don't appreciate being lied to and that if they had been open from the start I wouldn't be quite as upset. The associate assured me that there was no engine damage as the synthetic blend can go up to 7500 miles and I told him that I don't think I will be back.

I was willing to leave it at that but I had been looking for someone to replace my brakes and rotors based on their previous service assessment and the fact that they wanted $400 per axle. I took my car in to another shop today and they told me that my brakes were perfectly fine, they just needed a little cleaning. The other shop didn't even charge me to clean the brakes.

I realize this place has a lot of good reviews and the guy I spoke to on the phone said that they let the person go that was responsible for putting the wrong oil in my car. At this point they've violated my trust and I really don't believe anything they say. Please be cautious when using these people.

I was traveling and my alternator was discharging and it was getting dark. I found them on line. Called and they directed me there. When I got there they were on it within 5min. Everything checked out ok. That's the way the alternator was supposed to work. I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I thank them. And no charge to me.

Honest and fair which is more than you can say for the other shops around town! They don t try to shove other unwanted services down your throat if there s a real problem they will show you it to you and make recommendations the rest is up to you!

I was coming to visit my mother. I drive about 2 hours & my low tire light came on. I stop at the nearest gas station. & I realized there was a tear in my tire. I m not really familiar with places around here but I stopped here. Although, they didn t have a tire for me they helped me find a place that had one for me. So, I didn t have to get me car towed to the place the gave me a temporary spare tire to get me there. I m so thankful for them because I didn t know what to do & most of the places were closed. Thank you guys so much.
