I had a very professional and welcoming experience.
worst product ever. Way too much experiensive for an oven like this product. We got a garland e2111 and want to replace a small element inside instead open partially, you have to open the whole machine, all the joint is connected anti-human design. Heating element is cheap like home use stove. Lack of safety design for the Stone. If it cracked it will break instead of cracking, and it will fell on the heating wire. Impossible to wash. Good luck for having a trouble oven.
I would not recommend. After ordering a product, I needed to a particular piece. When contacting customer service, it seemed that they didn't know the ins and outs of their product. They sent me a piece that did not work with the equipment I had, after this long run around trying to explain what was needed, resulting in being unable to use the product that I paid for. I feel that the customer service needs to know more about their products, to efficiently do their job in customer satisfaction.
A big mistake in choosing this manufacturer while hundreds of others offer a much better quality, service and professionalism.
I Learned the hard way.
