Gardner Leader used to be our first choice solicitor as they are local and the service has been friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. I would imagine in most things you would engage them for you would be happy.
One reason for such inflated figures usually is that they don't want the business. In this case I don't believe that to be the case as they were quite willing to engage with us. I believe that they are just ignorant of what is required and taking on work that they are not adequately cut out to complete.
