Park across the street on empty lot then walk to the shipping/receiving office. Since COVID-19 started they are a no contact facility so you have to text the listed number on the entry door with your PO and trailer#. They will text you back with instructions where to go. The street is getting busy at times and the truck gate is somehow tight with all dropped trailers so take your time getting in.
I Got unloaded in less than 30 minutes.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on the empty lot but I wouldn t spend the night there.

They are by appt only. My delivery was at a warehouse at 3601 E Columbus Dr. Looks like empty building. No overnight parking. Unloading person is coming to the place to unload you at your exact appt time and unlock a gate for you. Got there 4 hours before my appt time. Not even a chance to get unloaded earlier.

I used this product from Lowes as well as a different product from Tractor Supply both in the same day. This product didn't stay it washed away as the tractor supply product had no issues. I turned it into warranty and they denied my claim to replace the product. Was very disappointed in their customer service.

This place made me wait all day to get loaded never again accepting a load from this place

AWESOME PRODUCTS MADE BY BLACK JACK! WE USED THE 10LB BUCKET OF BLACKTOP PATCH CRACK FILLER!! IT WAS AWESOME! IT LASTED AN ENTIRE NORTH COLD ICY WINTER RAIN ETC. AND A YEAR LATER IS STILL IN GREAT SHAPE!! WE BOUGHT IT AT LOWES! GET THIS PRODUCT AND OTHER ONES FROM BLACK JACK! THEY ARE GREAT!!

Used there product on a roof let it dry for 4 days and never dried. This is the second attempt too give this product a try and it was absolutely useless. They lie about what there product truly is.

Horrible business.
