Was in the military for over 12.5years, three combat tours. 240/249 gunner, Mrap Maxx Pro Plus, RG-33 driver. Have a 11B primary and 21B secondary, with two college degrees.... and still being told I don t meet their BS requirements.
So tell me, how many LE and correctional officers (I was a Correctional Ofc. for 3 years ) you ve hired that s been deployed and have all that experience.... I say barely 2%.
The company is a sham! Don t waste your time.

Recruiters & deployment team are super unprofessional Dean Mckenzie was my recruiter he'd read my texts & not reply and wouldnt answer emails. Salma Rashid told me on Tuesday id be deploying Friday and then neither of them responded to the emails i sent asking for a update after i didnt hear from anyone nor receive flight information. I emailed them advising i gave my job notice id be leaving, if someone could please give me an update wether id be deploying or not and no one responded. Then 3 weeks later i get an email asking for my availability. On top of that they said we were guaranteed 60hrs and a friend who did deploy as a respiratory therapist said they gave them 36hrs and told them if they wanted more hours they could work as care assistants. Definitely wouldn't work with this company

I'd give them a 3 star rating. I only say this because while the work was decent and the company wasn't terrible, the way local management would handle things was below standard. I had to constantly follow up with the leadership after I was injured and even then I had to email corporate to get answers. I know the leadership at present shouldnt reflect and doesnt reflect on the whole company but it sure makes you wonder where they find the people they're putting in charge of the guards overseas. I would work for them again, but in a different field or duty position.

Horrible employer. Terrible leadership. Overworked, and under paid. Wanna get into contracting? Use your GI Bill instead - it'll be better for you.

I worked with Brock Lesnar he was my recruiter, would still love to work for the company

I have been contacted by the recruiters a few different times on separate occasions regarding various security positions. Each time I have been contacted I replied via email expressing my interest in the offer I received at the time. In the initial email with the job offer they asked if I was interest and had any questions, I responded I am interested and provided a few questions I had at the time and I have still not received a response from ANY of the recruiters.

Just getting familiar with the company, they seem like pretty good company to work for

Will not consider me for re-hire even after it's been 2 years of being employed with them. It's apparent that I have been blacklisted because I did not finish the full year contract but did give and work a full 45 day notice.

Recruiter Madeline Zacks reached out to me on another job posting website. I don't know why. I have no security experience. I have no firearm experience. I am absolutely clueless why Madeline is saying "believe you would make a great fit for our Armed Security Guard position in Afghanistan". Maybe such a position is a joke to Madeline. Maybe armed security in a foreign country is not a serious job. Maybe anyone can do it.

Madeline Zacks clearly does not care about their job. They are not taking it serious. By reaching out to individuals such as myself, it is clear they are reaching out to incredibly unqualified candidates. This first introduction to GardaWorld Federal Services has been horrid. This is proof enough of how extremely unprofessional their employees are, couldn't imagine what it would be to actually work for them.
