Food was delicious! We got some apps and wings. It was a fun night out. Would definitely suggested checking it out. Nate was our server and he was funny and helpful.

We had a great time and enjoyed delicious food and hospitality here last week. Our servers were very knowledgeable and friendly,the food delicious and tons of fun after dinner.. try throwing an ax....highly recommend this place ..check it out !

Amazing experience. The food was excellent, especially the GTS signature burger and the fish tacos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My kids were over the moon about the game area. We all had a blast. The place is huge and you can easily social distance. The staff thoroughly clean the booths between customers. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Really fun place for a family nite out. Great ambience sitting on the patio and great service. The food was ok...i had steak and frites and asked for medium. It was medium inside but the outside was really charred and burnt...i don't like burnt flavor so it ruined it for me. But presentation was good. Cocktail menu had lots to choose from and was delicious. Kids menu very good. Its very accessible for wheelchair users with ample disabled parking. So many fun arcade games for all ages and the staff were on top of keeping it safe and sanitized. Will for sure return with family and try something different on menu.

We had a surprise birthday party for my brother at Game Time Social. We met with Melissa, the event coordinator and she was amazing. She made us feel at ease and extremely informative and detail oriented. Both the food and service for our party of approximately 30 was fabulous! Anthony, Andrea and Nate served our group with efficiency, humour and kindness. All of our guests were well taken care of and raved about the food and location. Thank you for making his night so incredibly special!

Went to gametime social for the first time today with my family for lunch. We had a fantastic time. Food was delicious, service was great! The hostess who sat us was very knowledgable and out going, made us feel welcome right away. My wife who usually does not like beef burgers, said she would definately get the GTS signature burger (which my oldest daughter and I had). It was very good, really juicy. My wife got the fish tacos, again those were really delicious.
Kids had a great time playing the games after lunch.
We will definately be back!!!

Had Nicole as a Sever for my birthday. Super fun energetic staff all around. Salty fries! Win! Big place and came early for Axe Throwing they have 2 lanes.

Was very impressed with this location. Brought my girlfriend and our daughter out for a date night and was very satisfied with the prices, food, and service. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a night out to watch sports, play games, or grab a good bite to eat.

Been here several times and never disappointed!
(Both pre-covid and again since they've reopened- their patio huge and beautiful!) The food is really great quality and tastes incredible and fresh. Lots of variety so there's something for everyone.
Those of you worried about spacing- I was there Friday night with an almost full patio, and never felt too close to anyone. They have their seatings measured out 6' from the back of tucked out chairs, instead of 6' from the table edge (like most restaurants do to save space) so it is very well distanced.
Really good cocktails and punches too. Overall great place with friendly staff, and cornhole was a fun way to keep the "games" while outside and distancing.

Really nice place. Very friendly servers. Came to watch playoff hockey and was told they couldn't turn the sound because the music needed to be on.... We were the only people in the bar. Seemed a little weird for a sports bar. Left after one drink to bar that had sound. Will definitely come back and change my rating once they get it together.

Still working out some kinks as it had just opened. Drinks made incorrectly and food too salty but other than that it's a good atmosphere. Music is too loud so it's tough to hear people. Server was very good though. Not comparable to the Mississauga GameTime.

Just had a fantastic moms afternoon out at Gametime Social! Drinks amazing food and yummy drinks! Loved the paddle of drinks! Nicole our server was amazing!

Fantastic place to go. Staff are super friendly, the food was really good, I had the signature burger and my GF had the lettuce wrap. Manager came by to say Hi and Nicole was our service, very friendly and outgoing!!

My husband and I are currently on the patio at Gametime Social. I have to say in my MANY experiences on a patio, this has been by far my best. Our server Erin Was the best I have ever had. We were going to order 3 apps to share. Erin warned us that the Bruschetta is literally half of a french baguette and to wait until we finished that to order the 3rd app. She also told us that if we were still hungry we can order more food and stay as long as we wanted. It was nice to not have a time limit on the patio. The calamari was cooked perfectly. When the bruschetta came out, it was HUGE. She asked us how it was. And when I said it was amazing except it was kinda skimpy on the goat cheese.....are you ready for this?? She brought us out another container to sprinkle on our Bruschetta. I have never had that happen before. They sanitized our menu before we sat down and the pen I used to enter a draw. The tables are spaced out nicely and has a very good atmosphere. Definitely give this establishement a try. Best service in a LONG ALTIME!!

Spacious venue, tons of tvs, good food and friendly staff

We were looking to host a client appreciation party but given the circumstances today we were having trouble finding a venue that we could trust would take care of us safely. After meeting with Melissa (Manager) I knew this was the perfect venue. She was incredibly thorough with all the planning and was constantly reiterating how our party's safety was their top priority.
They gave us half the patio and set up safe seating for our 50 guests. The servers were incredibly diligent and gave us phenomenal service - constantly cleaning while maintaining the highest level of service. The food was fantastic! Guests who were hesitant to come out to begin with were constantly praising the venue for allowing them to feel safe and still enjoy a large social gathering! The kids at the party were taken such good care of by the ladies working the games area - they were constantly snitizing after them and helping them play etc. We booked the party from 5-9 and guests stayed until well after 11pm! They were having such an amazing time!
Thank you to Melissa and her team for such an incredible time! This was truly the perfect experience - and at a time like this it's nice to know a venue can do so much more than just serve you food and drink.
We will definitely be back for more group gatherings and personally with our families!

This was the first restaurant that my family and I attended after restaurants/patios re-opened. A great experience overall and the food was very good.

Our family just had an outstanding experience at GameTime social. We went for lunch on a Wednesday and took advantage of the ten dollar bowl/salads/burger deal. Our server Natalia was fantastic, the restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of space between the seating.We had the GTS signature burger, Japanese steak bowl, Mexican bowl, and two children's pasta meals. The food was spectacular! Beautifully presented, fresh ingredients, awesome flavours, and surprisingly low cost. I would put food quality at least in the same category as Milestone's. After having several birthday parties at DnB's the amazing food was quite the pleasant surprise.

The gaming side was great as well. Attendants were actively cleaning the games after use and helping with any gaming issues on the floor. The jackpots did seem a little small, and the claw machines a little tight, but we still came home with an armful of prizes. One attendant stood out with exceptional service, Katrina helped our family out several times on the floor and especially through the prize selection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GameTime Social as a restaurant and/or gaming venue. See you next week!

I went for the second time with my boyfriend on Thursday night and our experience the second time around was even better than our first! The food was delicious, the games were very well priced, and our waiter (Nathan), was super friendly and consistently checked in on us without being overbearing. Definitely our new favourite spot!

Showed up there at about 9 ordered a bunch of apps , my favourite was the bruschetta , apps were also half of so definitely a great deal with great food

We had a great first experience being served by Nicole. She was very friendly and took the time to check in with us to make sure that everything was tasting great. My kids also really enjoyed the arcade games! Will definitely be going back!

I had such an awesome time here! The food and drinks are amazing. I got pepperoni pizza and the punch bowl to share with some friends. The games were fun...I like basketball and skeeball personally...we also tried the VR rollercoaster which was worth every penny!!! Definitely going back soon!

First time to this place with a friend. Although it was a little chilly on the patio, we both enjoyed our dinner. Nicole, our server was outstanding. She was very friendly and attentive.

Fantastic customer service, really friendly staff. Food was amazing. Excited to try the arcade when it opens back up for stage 3.

Nick was the best server we have had for a long time. Not just at this restaurant but al the places we have visited for quite some time. We will be back and hope to have Nick as our server!

Really loved the food quality, and a surprisingly good price! We also played in the games area and the pricing is comparable to similar places like Dave and Buster's.

Would love to see approximate calories on the menu for food items
And the wristbands didn't work great with the tap system for the games . It often took several taps for it to pick up that we wanted to play.

I was at GameTime Social last night for the first time and it was amazing! The food, drinks, and service. Jovan was my server and he was fabulous! We definitely will be going back.

We visited Gametime for lunch today. I thought it was just beautiful. It is huge and it is sparkling clean. Our food was delicious and our server Nicole was so friendly and nice. She helped make the experience so nice. We played a bunch of games and had a great time. The games were all nice and new and staff were cleaning them constantly. We can t wait to go back.

Great food, fun atmosphere and servers are always great! Been here a few times now and hasn't dissapointed.

Last night we had our wedding supper on the patio. The experience was incredible. We had a small group of 12 and were able to have a quiet, intimate, socially distanced reception with our closest family. We had the patio to ourselves, the heaters were pumping out the heat and the gigantic umbrellas kept us dry when it sprinkled a little. The string lights match the ones that are at our venue when we hold our reception at a later date. We were greeted with kindness and happiness. Appetizers were brought out for us, on the house and we were allowed to bring and cut our own cake. I can t thank GameTime enough for providing us with a wonder reception when we thought it was just not possible. Oh, and the food and drinks were amazing as always!

This place was great. Loved the vibes and the food. Service was amazing. Huge shout out to Emerson (hopefully I spelt his name correctly). Amazing guy, took his time to introduce himself, paid attention to what we wanted, checked up on us a couple of times and overall was amazing, friendly, and had a great personality. He even sat down to take our order a few times, so that he could hear us properly. Great guy. Would definitely request him in the future. My husband and I will definitely be going back and trying the arcade area, and top floor seating. Highly recommend this place. All rules and regulations in regards to COVID-19 were spot on. Very clean and sanitized.

Game Time Social is definitely a place you'll want to eat/drink/play at!
The patio was full so we opted for dining inside, and basically had the place to ourselves. Every aspect of our visit was essentially perfect. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very chill. We will be coming back here for certain and this time with our axe throwing skills honed, and our bowling shirts pressed lol

Great place for young and old. The stuff is really helpful. Food is good price is reasonable extremely clean place. Fun place to be in. One thing where are plugs while in the restaurant.

It's a sports bar mixed with games, bowling, axe throwing, karaoke. Was there on opening day, the food and service was great. I'm looking forward to going back.

Nate was great. Punctual and service was exceptional. Loved the salad. Tasted fresh and the drink was delicious. You can really taste the quality in their food. Will be back ! 2nd time here.

AMAZING experience and delicious food!!! I had the farm fresh pizza and it was large, cheap and overall delicious! the service was fast and attentive. The patio was beautiful and large, we felt very safe at our table. The inside of the restaurant looks impeccable as well. Cant wait for the interior to reopen so we can go play some games!

I never get food at bars because most bars make their money from the drinks and not food. I ve never been so mistaken in my life when it came to this bar. The only thing better than the atmosphere is the food. It s affordable and just as good as any dish you ll get at an O&B branch. Tons of games too, excited to see how this place looks at full capacity

GameTime Social is the old Ivy's. What an amazing transformation. No more back patio, totally renovated. Cant even tell this use to be Ivys. A BOATLOAD of $$$ invested here. Kudos!

It was great. Good food, great arcade selection, very good service. Everything is socially distanced and clean. I'm so glad that something like this has come to Burlington.

Really nice atmosphere, loved the staff however the arcade machines were rigged as the ticket count did not match the ticket count on the kiosks. I won the hammer machine jackpot for a 1000 tickets and I got 652. I also picked the 300 tickets in the claw machine but it recorded it as 62. When we asked the employees about it they just said the jackpots have a glitch (?) but did nothing about it so it felt really like a scam. Anything over 50 tickets won would be recorded as something lower. But otherwise everything was good would not recommend playing at the arcade machines though!

*update: the email they gave us to contact them is fake and the email does NOT send. Stop running a shady business

Tried this for the first time last night. There's lots of patio space available and it's a nice space. We had a great server and really enjoyed the food. The wings were delicious and even better at half price on wing night . Really good thing crust pizza, Blue Shroom(?) Drinks and desserts were also very enjoyable!

We booked a table of 9 for a double birthday on the patio. They were able to accolade us right away. Nicole was amazing and made us feel at home. I definitely recommend game time social for any family event, even during these hard times they welcomed us and gave us something to look forward to. Thank you Nicole for being such a joy.

Excellent night out for everyone. Great food, fun games and a really wonderful place. We had the pizza, edamame, calamari, cauliflower and rib wing combo shared. All excellent. They even had staff sanitizing all the machines after each use. Excellent idea.

Will go back. Was not impressed with the size of fish tacos that I got, but the size of the meal my wife got was huge, so ask first. Also, some of the games just straight up took my credits and didn't let me play. That being said, it's a great place, food quality was excellent, service was excellent, and attention to cleanliness seemed comforting

How to start this review, I'm not sure. Walking in it feels like you've left Burlington. It is very reminiscent of Rec Room, but it definitely has its own flare. For Burlington residence I would say Gametime is a good combination of Shoeless Joe's and Splitsville. It's huge, and is roughly 1/4 games, 3/4 dinning. The atmosphere is very upbeat and inviting. The crowd was a mix of parents with young children to 20 something's out for a drink. As the night progresses it definitely turned into more of a party; loud music and loud conversations being had all over. Myself and 5 others went tonight to watch the UFC, got a booth and some beers and then ordered some food. Myself and one other of our party ordered the chicken sandwich. It was good, but as I was eating it I felt it was a little on the lighter-cooked side, then my wife asked to try a bite and unfortunately bit into the middle of the sandwich and.. it was completely raw. Very unfortunate, but the waitress immediately took it away and cleared it off the bill. After that we had multiple managers come up to us to rectify the situation (they even gave the whole table free deserts). One cooks mistake shouldn't add up to a bad review. I know they are new and mistakes happen, and I do think they handled the situation perfectly. Dispite the food issue we will definitely be back. Burlington needs a place like this and we are happy to support it. I think come summer time this has the potential to be one of the top hot spots in the city and I look forward to seeing it though that.

Have been here a couple of nights, and does not disappoint! Erin was our server last time and she is on it!! Food is 5/5 delicious.

It was our first visit here and we had an awesome time. The patio seating was great. The food was phenomenal. Every dish that we ordered was made to perfection. Our server Erin was very helpful and pleasant. She made sure we were comfortable and were well taken care of. Definitely coming back here again!

Note: We are yet to experience their huge gaming arcade setup which is a huge plus!

First time going out to a restaurant since COVID-19. The safety mesures were amazing here, my husband and I kept seeing all the staff cleaning consistently and the tables are a great distance apart. The food was delicious and didn t even wait long even though it was a busy Friday night.

The staff were very friendly, our server Meena was very polite and helpful with all our question. She recommended us to try the Chicken Tinga and it was even better than she described!

We also did go and play some games afterwards and the staff there were amazing as well. We had a very friendly staff member help us out, unfortunately we didn t catch his name. He did help explain How the games work to us and set us up with the wristbands.

I have never left a review before but this place deserves it! This will be Burlington s new hot spot for everyone and we can t wait to come back with family and friends! Thanks for the amazing night!

Very nice place that they fully renovated to replace the old ivy bar.

The food was good nothing special, I ordered the chicken BLT, there was a sauce in there that gave it a weird after taste and their fries were super skinny and tasted cheap. 3/5 for food

We went on a saturday evening where they had a DJ playing live music during the raptors game. Music selection was bad. Though overall the bar + games were nice.

No pitchers available which would of been nice.

Food, drinks, games on point! Doesn't get better than this in Burlington. Service is beyond amazing.

Great place for friends and family to hang out. Food was well above expectations and priced very reasonably. The games were all great - axe throwing was cool and reasonably priced as well. The staff were super friendly, easy going and quick to share a laugh. They genuinely wanted us to have a good time which was and great. I will definitely come back again.

One side note: the Caesars are not traditional Caesars which we were told ahead of time by our server when we ordered. Totally okay to be adventurous but I would have loved a traditional regular vodka Caesar option. I don't fault them for trying to be different, though, just wasn't a favourite.

This was our second week going to Gametime Social with our co-Ed softball team and it has been spectacular.

The staff from the hostess to the wait staff and management are amazing and treat our group like family. We have a few very young kids in our group and the staff make them feel welcomed.

The games room staff are amazing. They are constantly walking around and wiping down everything that is touched so we can be safe. Very much appreciated. Taylor is always around with a smile and assisting the kids.

Food is really good and delivered to us at the same time and always hot. Pretty good considering we are a group of 20 and ordering a variety of items.

Our server tonight was Emerson, who was awesome and last week we had Kian, who worked his butt off to make our evening great.

We will be back next Friday for sure. Made the reservation on the way out tonight

Had the pleasure to attend this new venue this past weekend with friends. Everyone in my party had a great time. Service was friendly and attentive. Our server Sarah was funny and relateable. Game options included, bowling, axe throwning, private karaoke rooms (2 of them looks to fit about 10 people each) good variety of fun arcade games, pool tables and plenty of space for dining or drinks. Good for the kids or a night out with friends. This is a welcomed addition to this area in terms of entertainment. Will definitely be going back.

My wife and I came here on Saturday night. What a great experience! We were able to easily make a reservation online for a table on the patio. When we arrived our table was ready for us.

It was nice to see that this restaurant has excellent sanitizing and social distancing procedures in place during these COVID times. The menus were sanitized upon our arrival, we saw tables being cleaned thoroughly after guests left, and all of the staff were wearing face masks. Well done folks!

The food was delicious! Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had; and the fries were also spectacular. Special shout out to our server Emerson and manager Chris. These fellas provided outstanding customer service! We'll be back for sure!
