I had an appointment at the immunization clinic for my daughter. We went in with the required paperwork and they resolved that she actually had all the vaccines to attend school, something the school nurse didn t look closely enough for. After calling someone else to verify the findings, they sent us away with a verified form to turn into the school and got my daughter into the state system to check vaccine records. The nurses at the clinic were very helpful, polite and didn t mind my kiddos running wild in the empty waiting area.

I've been here 3, times now and these stupid ladies keep trying to greet me or keep trying to figure out why I'm here and always ask in Spanish....
I don't speak Spanish, I'm not even mexican, they just looked at me and assumed I was of Spanish dialect.... That's the most racist s*** I've had to deal with since I've moved here
I got tired of it this time and made a bit of an ordeal at the front desk... Next time I'm just gonna keep saying "Que" untill I either piss off the staff or they refuse to deal with me and I speak to a supervisor about their judgemental and rude staff.
Apart from this reoccurring ordeal with the front staff, everyone else in the back has been great. The two doctors I've seen were great and will keep my family coming back.

This is a spacious facility and it is always very clean. All the personal that I have I had the pleasure to correspond with, have been courteous, understanding, quit to respond and kind. I moved here from Louisiana, so I have seen the worse that the Health System can offer. I do not have insurance at this time and I am unable to work, due the care of my disabled daughter and my ailing mother. I am very thankful for this facility, the state that provides it, and the staff.

This place is terrible. I have been trying for over a week to get someone to answer the phone. People are living in horrible conditions and getting cheated, and I ve been trying to let the health department know this. Yet no one will call me back.

For a government office visit, it was good. Polite and quick service
