Only one person in this store seems to know what is going on. We were trying to check out 6 light bulbs, and 2 employees didn't have a clue how to ring them up. This has always been a great, family owned and operated business, but the help leaves much to be desired

Very rude! I would suggest that you show more respect to people walking into your business; even if they are salespeople You never know when they may be related to your best client. Even without that; you shouldn't be cussing at salespeople or customers Bill!
Called after hours for an emergency repair. Guy was VERY rude and was being a smart a** like he was doing me a favor by talking to me Then was quoted an outrageous price to change a breaker. Will never do business again with them.
He was on time BUT didnt bring any conduit, or wire with him. He called for conduit, while he sat in van on phone for an hour, same with call for wire. That was another 2 hours waiting. He actually worked 5 half hours BUT charged us for9 and a half never agin, RIP off my husband and son had to pull all the wire for him, to tune of $999.60
