Yesterday (02/11/2018) I was in this place and strongly advise you if you respect your time. After arriving in the restaurant I was asked, because the restaurant did not serve customers "from the outside" due to the "full hotel". Everything would be understandable, if not for the fact that the restaurant was empty and I do not understand why we were asked (which have rooms filled to serve the customers of the restaurant, which is PUSTA). In summary, we traveled 30 km for free and did not get a logical explanation of why the restaurant will not serve us. regeneration

Hello, after the photos posted on the website, we were terribly disappointed with the actual state of the hotel. (one week stay)
I would not write such a critical opinion if I wrote about a 3-star hotel where the price of accommodation would be PLN 250 / Here, however, the prices are more than 2 times higher and the quality we get at least in my opinion does not match these prices.
Large rooms with a beautiful view / but their glory years are behind them - nice hanging hammocks on the balconies (but moldy) / the smell in the room is bad (musty).

In bathroom problems with water pressure and with regulation of its heat / rusting accessories
- in my opinion it is not appropriate for such a boutique hotel.
The hotel is cold, austere, but I think it was supposed to be like that / if someone is looking for a warm, cozy hotel, I do not recommend it.
Staff nice and helpful / average breakfast (maybe average, limited choice through Covit), poor bread, especially white
There are more than 20 rooms and fewer parking spaces than the number of rooms, with 2-3 places marked completely unfunctional (one car after another and without the courtesy of another driver it is impossible to leave alone).
Pool nice (cozy sauna) but I do not fully understand 1 hour individual pool reservations. Each day we were entitled to 1 hour at the swimming pool, sometimes there was no free date - which of course is understandable if others also have the option of 1 hour individual at the pool. It is easy to count that with 20 rooms there will not be enough pool opening hours for everyone to be able to according to use these criteria for your individual pool.
My assessment is so critical because I rate it against the prices that the hotel expects for its services. I had the pleasure to spend holidays and trips in hotels of a similar price category, but nowhere have I encountered such quality shortcomings.

Charming hotel with stunning views. Before arriving, read the information on the website, you can avoid disappointment and know what to expect. Guests have at their disposal water equipment and bicycles - we used both options was great !! The service was nice and very helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna.

I change opinions from 5 * to 1 *. Unfortunately, I see that it has changed to a disadvantage. We have been regular clients for years. We went there last night with friends from Warsaw for dinner. We wanted to show them the place and we recommended good food. They wondered where to come for the summer. Unfortunately, but we were asked by the service because the then empty restaurant by Pania was busy only for hotel guests. Of course, nobody was there. Ok. No favors. Fortunately, there are other places around the lake that you can visit and it is always nice and professionally welcomed. I do not recommend it.

An atmospheric place with its own style, which the hotel really cares for (eg a bridge is arranged in the same way as in the pictures on a daily basis.) Such details create an unmanageable whole, great cuisine and an intimate atmosphere.

Who reads let us wonder if it is really worth to earn such a company?
A company that does not respect local residents just like its customers. Really expensive in our towns is not the route of the Kormoran rally for a couple of idiots behind the BUGGY circle, as well as our surrounding forests .... that you have an event in you does not mean that residents are wondering if you can safely walk the side. 120km / h on the shedding threshold next to which children were far too much ......

The guest is not welcome there. It is better to avoid this place.

- It seems like the whole hotel stood still after it got into the list of design hotels

- the hotel crew doesn t seem to be interested in the best for the guest

- the waiter are kind but very absent minded. They forgot almost on every order something

- On the hottest days suddenly they didn t had ice so you couldn t order any cocktail

- one time we ordered beef with French fries and as the waitress came she brought a plate with beef and potato wedges and said that the kitchen was out of French fries .... ( we immediately said that it should be told before the food was served) and after that we asked ourselfs how could they be out of french fries when they can make potato wedges?!? French fries are made of potatoes so...?

- one big minus :
the wooden footbridge is so rotten that within 2 hours , 3 people had splinter in their feet.

- the boat you can go on the lake with should also be renewed

Fantastic place, full of good energy, charm and unique atmosphere. Unearthly views, delicious food, a friendly staff. The entire hotel is a gallery of extraordinary art, furniture and solutions inspire. At least US because we love design. We will be going back there as soon as the opportunity arises. I recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience. I greet the whole hotel team eagerly for the next visit :)

All great but the service a bit .... in a different world and if you do not live then you are a second-class customer. Sooorrry .... :(

Great atmosphere, location and most importantly no children allowed!

Climatic peaceful place rather for adults than for families with children. Actually, it is an art gallery as the name implies. Rooms furnished with class and taste. Deck chairs on the lake is a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation. I would recommend ..

Interesting hotel, but certainly with many shortcomings that disappointed us more or less. The price is rather inadequate to what we received, it is not such a class facility. The service leaves a lot to be desired (just a lack of familiarity, rather like a medium chain store, not to mention I heard the staff discuss us!), No free parking space (we were offered a place outside the hotel grounds). The breakfast sets are a joke: child-sized portions with noisy names, the Italian ham was just musty! very inconvenient system of ordering through the site. The system of free use of the pool at the appointed hours is also a misunderstanding for me for this price.
A beautiful view from the window of the lake, interesting decor are undeniable advantages. A place definitely for one night, no entertainment in the area for a longer time. The hotel itself is literally sandwiched between adjacent buildings so the site is like a cure. The balcony does not encourage sitting as there is no privacy, only a stick / wicker wall separates them?

Strange. Once you can use the restaurant and the other time not. Specially, we took the detour to try again very good cuisine. And here is such an unpleasant surprise.

It is unfortunate that in a hotel where a customer pays PLN 600 per night, the service is at the lowest level I've ever had the "pleasure" to meet.

Sweet little.boutique style hotel. Out of season you can ask to have the pool to yourself if it's closed. Staff very helpful and rooms are pretty stylish

Excellent food, comfortable and very clean rooms, beautiful view of the lake. The object has a quirky decor that will not appeal to everyone, but it definitely has its own style. I think the first hotel where I found a fast and trouble-free Internet and a detail like the extension cable at each bed so you do not have to disconnect the lamp or TV to charge the cell.

A great place away from the city noise. Brilliant views of the beautiful Wulpi skie lake and the island of Herta and this tomato ...

3 Stars because of the location, the hotel hat its best times, it once was a beautiful hotel. It seems like no one cares, the wooden peer falls apart. We ordered 5 Mojitos but the only had ice for 2, one of our 3 rooms we reserved was dirty!

Nice place, beautiful view of the lake. Good food in the restaurant. A tiny pool, rather for splashing than swimming, but the sauna is well heated. The impression was spoiled by the waitress, who was simply rude, not to say strong. I expected service at the level, and here such a blend. At the owners' place, I would consider a staff review or training, because after something like that I will not come back here. Detriment.

Nice atmosphere, quiet rest, beautiful views, tasty food, clean and tidy. Very nice service. Unfortunately, for some guests, no smoking in the hotel did not exist, which was a nuisance with the window open.

I do not recommend! Passing, we wanted to get to know this place, drink coffee, maybe some cake ... Unfortunately, we were asked by the service "due to the full occupancy". The restaurant was empty, several people were sitting at the tables in the yard. Apparently the restaurant only serves hotel guests. Waiter on leave added that for the next 3 months they have full overlap so we can not bother, the top of rudeness !! From the opinion below, he concludes that we are not the first to be treated in this "excellent" place ..

A wonderful place for a romantic date for two without children. The place will be appreciated by people who do not like kitsch, value originality, design, whiskey (served in glencairn glass), good wine. We especially appreciated the use of the swimming pool and saunas. The exclusive use of guests for hours is especially appreciated by people who value intimacy and privacy. Good quality food in the restaurant, room overlooking the lake, friendly service .. Thank you very much!

An amazing place - everything has its climate here - both in the hotel and outside. If you add to this great cuisine and incredibly friendly, not imposing service - then you know why it is worth coming back here :)

We love for years. A wonderful place to relax, unwind and be together. Amazing design, charming pool, gourmet cuisine and absolutely the most kind and cordial service in this part of the Universe

The rating applies to the restaurant itself. Triumph of form over content. Medium food, hearing impaired. For me, the price-quality ratio is mediocre.

We managed to catch one of the last warm days at Lake Wulpi skie. Beautiful place, very tasty food. I highly recommend to all who want to experience a rest in silence, after the season.

Write that with the greatest pleasure you can recommend this place, it is definitely not enough. I encourage you to spend even one day there, especially those who are sensitive to original design solutions and appreciate the attention to the smallest detail.
I found there not only a hotel, because this place is probably a hotel at the very end, it is primarily a place full of contagious energy, which is noticed among both employees and, above all, the owners. Their creativity in thinking about interior design has gone beyond my wildest expectations. All this is combined with a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful kitchen. So if you want to experience an amazing aesthetic experience, recharge the internal battery, you will certainly leave this place relaxed, and maybe like me inspired to creative activities!
I highly recommend this absurdly magical place, and Mrs. Ma gorzata and Mr. Wojciech congratulate and give cordiality.

The hotel is very beautiful located by the lake. Views at a delicious breakfast not forgotten. You do not even know what you eat when you look. Rooms clean and equipped with nothing? Very nice service.

A magical place, delicious food, porridge, pancakes, salads, duck pate, I could exchange it forever ... Peace and quiet, beautiful views, sunsets, birds singing, swimming pool and sauna may not be huge, but they are only to our available after prior reservation. A great sense of intimacy, if someone is active, beautiful views while jogging or cycling, horse riding, golf course everywhere. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.
Reading previous negative comments I did not know if they relate to the same place, but you know everyone has the right to have their say. My fiance and I recommend 100%

An ideal place to relax, in a quiet place with private access to the lake. Interesting, natural design in the entire facility.

Expensive knives for ordinary mortals but wonderfully

It used to be tasty to eat here once. Unfortunately it was once. I have been defeated twice and twice. The chef probably took straight from the shoemaker's workshop because everything tasted like soles from a shoe.

The location of this hotel is beautifully situated. The view over the lake Jezioro is magnificent, so you should make sure you have a room with lake view! Boats in various types for free - a recommendation to make a trip over the lake. It is called a design hotel , but for our opinion there is a little too much design (from the 90ties?) involved though . Ideas and qualified realization are quite far apart of each other.

The welcome of the hotel owners was very warm and friendly.
Their staff should take an example on this urgently though. Overall we had the impression to be ignored. An example: as we had early dinner, we were not asked, if we would like something more to drink nor were our emptied plates removed.

The place is rather expensive and the rooms quite small. All in all we think that price and offer do not really fit together. What a pity!
