Arrived late but did call, 2 hour job turned into 4 hrs d/t malfunction of equipment w/o backup, carpet quite wet when finished. We were not informed that there was an additional charge to move furniture. When I questioned if we could get 'scotch guard' type protection, we were told that it need to be included in original order-never informed of that. The furniture moving fee (which is when I learned of the additional charge) was removed when I requested compensation for the delay in finishing and I paid with a check when the technicians left. I received an invoice to pay 2 weeks later, called to inform that I had paid, apology received, corrected paid invoice received. I was trying to support a local company and I liked there rating but I will not use them again. Not sure why this was such a disappointing experience.

My wife and I were looking for a reliable carpet cleaning company. We reached out to Gallery Company and had our second floor restored. After a few hours Chris and his team were able to clean our carpets and take off some tough stains. Their team is professional and respectful.

We used Gallery for some remodeling in our kitchen which included removing bulkheads, electrical and plumbing work, running a gas line for the stove and more. The crew was great. They did everything we asked, even some changes from our original plan. Professional and cleaned up everyday afterwards. Would recommend them for any general contractor work or remodel!

I was absolutely stunned at the work they did. I thought the carpet was beyond hope (horribly stained), but when they were done, it looked like new. I highly, highly recommend Gallery Carpet Care for the toughest jobs.

I saw that several in my area had referred to Gallery on Facebook. I was well overdo for a clean but worried about the cost and how long my animals would have to stay off the carpets. They were quick to respond to my messages, got me scheduled right away. They showed up on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Easy peasy!

Gallery Carpet Care did a fantastic job. We have a Hoover Carpet Cleaner that we use on spot jobs and have used to clean a small room from time to time but the rooms look so much better after they got finished. Our Master Bedroom carpet is an off white and my wife thought it was useless to have them clean it since it was so dirty and it looks like new!! We highly recommend Gallery Carpet Care. Great Job!!

We called this company this week after searching for residential home contractors and spoke with Chris. We spoke about our project and they came out to our house a few days later. He and associate arrived 5 minutes before the schedule time which surprised me as most contractors are always late or don t show up at all. Within a few hours we were able to finalize everything and get to work. He remodeled my entire bathroom and kitchen and left everything clean! His workers are professional and very respectful. If you re looking for a professional general contractor at a competitive cost this company is worth calling.

I hired Chris and his company to do a remodel job in my house which entailed laying new flooring wood and tile flooring throughout, drywall work, backsplash, new tile shower, and installing bathroom sink, kitchen sink, and dishwasher among some items typical with a remodel. A job that Chris told me would take just a few days ended up taking weeks to finish. He then pulled his crew off (which sounds like its typical) to start a new job before finished with my job. I lived through construction from October through January and they probably worked the equivalent of 6 weeks. Chris is a terrible communicator but a great salesperson. He sets his crew up for failure by failing to communicate to them the entire scope of the job or having them prepared to start a job day 1 ready to go. My brand new shower was supposed to have a built in shelf - it does not. I had to explain to Chris how to install both a dishwasher and a garbage disposal after both were done incorrectly, yet he pushed back. The reviews seem great for carpet cleaning services, but I would be VERY CAUTIOUS to hire them for remodel work. 2 stars for the work that was completed being adequate and the crew themselves being nice guys, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Gallery goes out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied. They couldn't clean one of the offices in our building because it was occupied. I also had spilt mop water right by the office and break room after the original cleaning and they gladly scheduled to come back and clean the office and clean up my stain. They scheduled these cleanings on the weekend and after hours to accommodate the business hours of the tenants in the building. Thank you Gallery for having my back on the housekeeping!

I'm not really keen on having service people in my house but my friend recommended Gallery to me. He insisted I should trust Chris, the owner. I am happy I did. He was truly exceptional. He really did a great job.

Soooooo happy with Gallery Company's work! Such a smooth process and we are very pleased with our flooring and carpet. Team was very professional, worked fast and cleaned up after.

Our expectations were exceeded by the work Chris did for us! We thought our carpets were beyond help; but Chris assured us that he could get them clean. He did! We were also pleased with the tile & grout cleaning services--our tile entry way looks so much better. We can't say enough good things about Chris and Gallery Carpet Care.

Chris is the only person I call. I moved up to Bridgewater & was thrilled to hear he could still service my carpet needs. He works non-stop, puts up corners guards so the hoses don t hurt any woodwork & doesn t leave until I m 100% satisfied. Gonna call him for some replacement carpet installion soon as well. Call Gallery!

They should stick to carpet cleaning! Also, I should ve looked past their overall ratings and read the comments on flooring installation and construction work.

The work was done very well, however I had to eliminate two parts of the project due to poor planning and a very generic quote (no line items). Even after a thorough walk though and pictures of wanting my entry closet turned into a mudroom the contractors showed up thinking they were installing a 60 mudroom inside the existing closet! Worse than that, the owner blamed me for the miscommunication.

They also record all phone calls to the office (yes it s legal), but that was also used to prove me wrong that the price I was given for my flooring installation was never proven and ended up costing me $1000 more than our verbal arrangement. Another fault of mine, but still not very professional. $8/ sq ft for LVT installation is about 40% higher than typical (usually $5/sq ft).

Lastly, I received 2 invoices today (one after expressing my concerns about the inconsistency in pricing). The second one was marked overdue . Just another example of unprofessionalism and there were no apologies, only continued blaming of myself for all the issues that arose and it was only less than $100 difference.

Hire them to clean your carpets (maybe), but nothing else.

Cleaned carpets of new home. Carpets look amazing now. Had some pretty bad dark stains and pet spots that are now gone! Great job, thank you!

The carpets look amazing! I am very surprised at the difference. I feel like his has added years to our carpet! The folks were efficient and very nice and professional.

We called this contractor to inspect our home for water damage as we had a roof leak. During the inspection Chris was able to find mold and started with the remediation process. He removed all the water and mold within 2 1/2 days. Highly recommend calling him if you have any water mitigation concerns. Thank you!

We called this company to help us with our kitchen renovation. Chris is a professional contractor with a skilled team. They kept my home clean throughout the entire installation and made the process easy for us.

Great team! Responses quickly to any form of communication, easy and quick to schedule! They did installation, stretching, and even did a stairnose transition for us. The team who came out were very professional and quick, wearing their masks the whole time and were able to do accurate quotes online (no contact quotes). Locally owned, definitely will use again if needed!

I had a water emergency and Gallery Carpet Care came to my house within an hour. They were able to clean up the water that night and over the next 3 days completely dried and cleaned my basement. You could not even tell anything had happened. Extremely satisfied and the price charged was a bargain. Highly recommend. Chris and his staff are extremely helpfull and courteous!

Last week I called Chris to come out to my house for a water damage inspection for a leak we had. He came out the next day and was able to show me where the water was coming from. He proceeded with the water extraction and the dehumidified my home within 48 hours. Chris is a professional and made the water mitigation process seamless. Highly recommend him!

Chris and his team made an absolute mess last year. The only good thing was the customer service from the sweet girl that answered the phone. She told me she was actually leaving that job shortly. Nothing good from this mess. It was more expensive to get it fixed. Use caution with this company.

Gallery Carpet Care installed our glass/stone mosaic backsplash in our kitchen. The results are fantastic! I was referred to Gallery Carpet Care to perform some handyman type of repairs on our house then led into using them for even more repairs as we were working on selling out house. Chris and his crew was able to fix electrical issues, ceiling texture replacement, painting, trim and siding work, window help, etc. Great crew, great pricing and the most important work that is done correctly and for the long term instead of cutting corners. Will use them again for work in our new home.
