Nice huge mall. Great store selections. Can be a little confusing on where you are because its huge, but they do have maps throughout the mall to direct you.

It is certainly one of the best malls in Houston. A must visit if you come to Houston.

A multi level mid and upscale shopping mall. From the Lego store to Gucci there is something for all tastes, styles and price points! There is also the hallmark ice rink on the bottom floor!

We parked with ease but the traffic getting here drove my 7yr old nephew crazy .

My favorite place. All the high end stores are there.

The Galleria used to be the best shopping mall in Houston and is pretty empty now. Stores are confusingly laid out. Ice rink is always nice.

overpriced items in most of the stores. Items in the non-indigenous stores didnt offer value for money spent in my opinion.

Great mall with a lot of high end stores, an ice skating rink, diverse food shops and clean bathrooms. Its too big, an needs at-least a weekend to check out all the stores.

Parking is just awful, but the mall is nice. Lots of stores I can't afford, but I get it--the Galleria is a destination mall.

I'm glad we have one in Houston.

I really don't like coming here- it's always crowded with rowdy kids and angry people who don't realize there's a parking lot on the other side of the mall that's always empty

Wow lots of upgrading has been done, bright lights near financial center, and throughout mall. I saw lots of badged units as well as one rental cop, in main corider dealing with a troublemaker. God bless that officer !! "I am gonna give ya a little paper that says not to come back or you'll be treaspassing" in a deep southern Texan accent. I walked around for a little while and went to a couple stores , mircosoft, Apple, t mobile. I can say good job Mr Simon keep up the great work.

Always-Great...I used 2 Skate in the Early 1970's there! Even thru the Pandemic they've Held-On, Persevered, & Adjusted-Accordingly

Very busy place. I am from a small town in WV and just not use to that amount of people being around

Some parking structures old and dark, slow and inadequate elevators in parking structures, no easy ramp acces into the mall, no convenient wheelchair/stroller access inside the mall, lack of AC on upper levels, restrooms dingy and smelly, white tiles slippery, slow or broken elevators and hidden or broken escalators, too many aggressive salespeople in the open areas, and not enough public seating outside the food court.

What's not to love about Orange Parking and meandering in and out of the plethora of shops while buying tons of random must haves to mandatory essentials for an entire day?

The Galleria is one of the must see/do when visiting Houston and for good reason. It s not only a great mall with a bunch of high end store options, but it also has a large indoor ice rink and is a prime people watching experience.

It is a popular place which makes getting into its a bit of a hassle. Overall though, I m a big fan.

Went to Houston, TX to visit my dad and this is the first stop we made. I absolutely fell in love with it.

Not stroller or handicap friendly. Often elevators are not working. Some entrances only have stairs (example blue garage) so you have to walk around through other garages to find an entrance with an elevator and pray that it works. Spent most the time trying to get to the floor I needed. The people on the stores treat you like your going to steal if your of the darker complexion. The only time I find my self at this mall is if I have to go for one reason or another, like seeing a friend or family perform. That s actually the only reason.

Who doesn't have a great time at the mall? It was a beautiful day, too.

So busy, but worth the trip easily for the sheer number of stores

"Largest mall in America," according to sources. It's easy to get yourself lost in here if you've never been. You can find and spend money on pretty much anything you can imagine. Come with money and leave with your heart's desire. Just be strategic about where you park!

It's pretty cool to see galleria still busy as ever my only issue is seeing people bring their small kids without masks on..but overall it's very clean and the workers are very respectful.

An extremely impressive mall. One of the best ones around. There is a wide range of shops from luxury to fast fashion. A must visit for anyone in Houston.

For all a very nice mall. It is 7th largest in America. I've been the bigger. Lots of high-end stores here. Lots of great restaurants.

Beautiful mall! Parking is kinda crazy because it's such a huge facility.

Ok I posted to Melrose thinking it was the Galleria. Ooooppps! Anyway the Galleria has free parking and is a beautiful place to visit. If you need an indoor place just to get your walking exercise in Galleria is a place to do it

View from the 18th floor of The Westin Galleria! It's so convenient to stay at the Westin and have the Galleria steps away! Shopping here is stress-free! I enjoyed my experience at Tory Burch! Never disappoints! There are also so many food options to eat at the food court or even several restaurants to slide into to enjoy a delicious meal! It's also fun to see everyone at the ice skating rink!!

Wonderful mall with luxury high end brands! A little overwhelming because it is so large, definitely and all day trip.

THE WORST. rude. Couldn't close my drink properly and the pink drink spilled all over my white top.

One of the largest malls I've seen! The major brands are here! Clothing, food etc. It's in the city centre and easy to locate. You have to use Uber or Lyft, Taxify or the Metro Bus to get around in Houston if you don't have a car -whichever one you choose, the shops are easy to locate. You can also use your indoor map to get around. Have fun shopping!

largest consumer area in town and not a single electric car plugin. Welcome to the city of Houston. It's bad enough they scrapped the lightrail on Post Oak for a bus Lane. what a joke.

Besides the heavy duty traffic I really enjoy this mall. I just do not come a lot because of the congestion.
