Only mall I've been to in Texas that big. Your can get lost really quick when it comes to parking. You need to take and pic or write down where your park ( see picture). A lot of good stores and an ice rink. In my opinion it's a great place to take you family.
Parking is HORRIBLE!!! Valet parking is ridiculous!
Wow what a mall! I wasn't expecting it to be this large and have this many stores. The mall is three levels of stores with a lot of high-end choices. It has elevator/escalator access points and an ice skating rink. Parking can be tricky. The first time we tried to visit we could not find a parking space in the main front part of the mall after circling for a while so we went back to our hotel. The next day my husband found a back entrance which was emptier and we had no problem parking and getting into the mall. I would recommend doing this. It gets crowed fast. We went earlier in the morning when they first open in a couple hours later by the time we left it was crowded. I liked seeing all the shops even though I can't afford to shop at most of them, lol.
A mall is a mall. The parking garage is confusing and no signs for the entrance for the mall. Needs better signs and directions for people visiting.

The best store Windsor. Macy's for nice shoes. Forever 21 is nice. Good restaurants. Beautiful decor for Christmas.
Best place to go shopping! Very clean and elegant place. Even public restrooms are clean and thats a lot to say here in Houston. They have all the name Stores that all malls dont have like, Gucci, Armani, and much more!
This mall is huge. They have all the stores you can imagine. And lots of food places as well.

Kiosk to let you know where stores are could only be found at the extremities of the Galleria, none in the middle of the mall.. made it difficult to locate specific stores
I go here almost everyday and it is a great place to shop and pass time.
Huge shopping mall with a lot of shops. There are sofas everywhere for customers to take a rest.

BIG struggled to find anything resembling a directory anywhere you'd expect one to be...if you don't drive good luck figuring out how to get into the bloody expanse of the place!

Very difficult to use with makeup. I have tried it many ways and none of them work. I applied it after washing my face in the morning as instructed (exactly) and when I would apply my face powder it would immediately show flaky dryness under my eyes. No matter how little I use of the product it shows the white residue. I tried using it at night I would wake up the next morning and no change. Proof is that my wrinkle lines around my eye look exactly the same the next day as they did before. I went back to the salon because the cream was not working and they offered to do a facial on me to show me how it was to be used. When I arrived for the facial the location had no running water. They did not have protective sheets on the chairs. When the lady beginning the facial she used a paper towel and a spray bottle it was very rough. I complain and they brushed me off. It was the worst experience ever. There was no licenses shown or anything showing they were incompliance with the state laws. The clerk did not have a license to do the facial. I feel stupid for falling for this and all the money I foolishly spent. Also they employ tricks, like changing the price if you aren't going to buy it, then offering one for half price because of a damaged box if you are going to leave or throwing in "free" product. All in all, this product is a scam and the sales people will say anything to get you to buy it, using very high pressure. It's a scam. I would like to warn customers not to fall into the sales tricks of this this product. The sales team is trained to sell you off very quickly without giving you time to think. They are very aggressive. Don't buy this product. I wish I had been smart enough today to go and read reviews before spending almost $700 on what I now understand to be a scam product which isn't really even good for your skin !!

Tons of stores to shop at. Lots of food options as well. Good mix of expensive and affordable stores. There's an ice rink which was fun and priced fairly. The mall itself is pretty big and can be a big confusing, but there are plenty of maps.
First time that I had the pleasure of being there and it's amazing. Very beautiful place lots to choose.
First time in Houston; and the mall was beyond huge!. I only visited 3-4 stores yet was in there for nearly 2 hours. I got lost multiple times & couldn't find my car when it was time to leave. Thank God for security & smart phones. If you're smart; take a picture of the location in which you park your vehicle. Security was able to escort me on the cart!.

Man, this mall is massive. You could spend a week here and still not see everything. Ice skating along with a huge food court and several high end restaurant's. Put on your walking shoes because you will be spending the day just to see 1/10th of this big boy.

Wow- this place has almost everything. Three floors for a large variety of retailers including a lot of high end retail outfits. The mall is surrender by some excellent restaurants as well. The food court is pretty up-to-date. I think the coolest feature is the huge indoor ice skating rink (a great getaway for summer). Also, there are a number of hotels from top end to moderately priced -some attached to the mall itself (The Westin). Valet and self parking make it pretty easy to go there- though the traffic at rush hour is epic!!

I hate how packed it always is. But other than that. Meh.
I always enjoy visiting the Galleria. I can get a nice walking workout and also check out the perfumes from Maria at the Penhaligon counter at Saks. Maria is absolutely amazing! She is the only one who was able to help me find a substitute for my original beloved and discontinued Tiffany perfume.
