I have been using Gadowsky and Associates for over 15 years and I am a very satisfied customer. There are many reasons why I continue to use this company. They are organized, provide checklists for tax season, which is a great reminder of what can be deducted if you don't know. For me, it is important that they can explain terminology that I don't fully understand with taxes. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and respectful of my time. When I walk in and meet with staff, I am greeted as a valued person and not just a number and I do find their prices are very reasonable. With Gadowsky & Associates, they act responsibly and ethically. Thank you Glen and staff for your continued service and support.

Our company have been using Gadowsky's service for over 3 years. We are very happy with their service. They are the best accountants we have been dealing with in the last 30 years. Gadowsky is not only filing the tax return, they are also our financial advisers(no extra charge). In the last three years, Gadowsky cleaned up the mess left behind by our previous accountants. With their help, we got a refund from CRA for over 20K last month! Without Gadowsky, we won't be able to get the refund(we even didn't know we could apply for it!) Thanks very much, Gadowsky! Gadowsky and Associate cost me over $450 in errors they made. They made very simple input errors that could have been caught with a review of the information; these input errors miscalculated everything and I was sent a bill from CRA for $450 months later. Yes I know it is up to me to ensure the numbers are correct; then why would I go to an accountant?! Their communications were rude and condescending and are in direct conflict with their values stated on their website. Even though they completely admit their fault in this error they refuse to make any monetary compensation available. I will never return to this accounting firm and I hope this message reaches you in time. There are many other accounting options out there, please do not make the same mistake I did.
