Everything is so so. The receptionist is rather slow respond. We booked meeting rooms for 8 AM, but they haven't open n prepared it by the time we arrived at 8.

The condition of the hotel room is quite comfortable for a one-night stay, a strategic hotel location. Unfortunately the check-in was 1 and a half hours late because the room was not ready (not yet cleaned) for a non-smoking room. While the check out must be according to the specified hour (12 noon) so there is no tolerance check out late. Even though the check-in was delayed for a long time.

In the middle of the city, close to the gubeng station, not bad lah.lumayan if only for transit. If to stay 3 days better don't be in this hotel. The rooms are narrow. The hot water is not hot.

The rooms are small but seem spacious because of lots of glass, the lounge / restaurant looks like a discotheque, there is a DJ place, lots of foreign tourists who stay as well

Everything is very good, really comfortable at the G Suites hotel. There are only a few things to watch out for, maybe from the sheets. Because when I lifted the blanket, the sheets were rather dirty (because maybe I also cleaned) the smokers want bad thoughts, maybe the former people don't replace it too, just don't want to think too far :) but in the future it can be repaired / noticed more by G Hotel suites. Because for me everything paid off with the scenery, cleanliness, friendly staff & cheap smiles, all the hotel facilities, the breakfast was all that delicious, more important :) there were many choices & it seemed really good (suitable) because my husband had a rather fussy food problem, just right breakfast at G Suites Hotel my husband matched. Sampek is all tested one by one, he says it's delicious breakfast menu. However, there is one more suggestion for the G Suites hotel, maybe on Saturday all the can can be made a more interesting menu like the breakfast menu, so that many people want to repeat all u can eat there again when staying overnight. Because when I & my husband tried it first time for all u can eat it was rather disappointing, the food taste was better at breakfast & the food menu was more festive at breakfast. Maybe it's just the experience during the night there, very satisfying. Sampek me & my husband will come back again to stay at G Suites Hotel Surabaya.

Good for the size of a city hotel. Even though the old uda is here since my time junior high school. Only now will the new bbanget enter hehe
