I worked in the company for 3 years, and left only because of a change in specialization (but I will be glad to help, colleagues, if you start an appropriate practice, huh). It would be fair to leave a good review, and so here. In legal firms, there is rarely such a loyal attitude towards employees: training, access to materials, motivation, work processes are built. All roads are open for initiative specialists: choice of specialization within the company, work with clients, add. training. Even scientific and journalistic activities are encouraged. Young professionals in career development will not be offended. I have never heard of someone raising their voice at least once. I advise nighties to periodically "catch" partners - they can teach invaluable things, and you do not need to beware of them. If I had such an opportunity, I would have met them later just to listen. For potential and current clients, the other side of the same coin is that consultants are really trying very hard to help. The company has an unspoken ban on "selling for the sake of selling": if you can't help, then they say so. They will try to convey the idea of how you can solve this or that situation. I often gave advice to clients simply on how not to waste money, even knowing that there would be no profit from such a conversation - normal human relations are more expensive. Thank you!
