In the first month of 2019 here is what has happened:
1) Servers to all main places CRASHED! This would not happen if you hired REAL I.T. staff.
2) The company has been in the red for three years however somehow they find ways to add a new conference room, add new TV's, and buy new computer monitors.
If you are looking for a true listing company go to Nielsen they are tried and true. Don't waste your time with this company they will give you excuses to why data wasn't inserted. The most common are: we didn't receive data in time, we were off on those days and are behind, and our system is too slow.
I'm sorry if you are in this business you need to account for holidays and stuff of the such. Television stations don't sleep neither should listing companies. Simple cure to your excuses treat it like a media business and do shifts. You don't stand another 5 years if you don't get this worked out.
Simply put: if you are thinking of dealing with this company don't waste your time they are full of excuses.
