I was looking for a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, but my experience here fell short. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and coordination between services felt fragmented. Communication was lacking, which made it difficult to understand the plan for my care. The environment didn't feel welcoming either. I expected a more supportive atmosphere. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for.
