If you getting pictures done that involves kids I highly do not recommend they are the rudest people you will ever deal with. They were pulling my 3 and 4 year old soccer kids by the arm to put them in place. EVERY ONE OF THE KIDS ON MY TEAM WERE IN TEARS
I have enjoyed the product this company has put out for years. They have taken my child's sports pictures since he was 3 (now 11) however I was very disappointed this year after ordering his standard Trading Card option. They came uncut and in a folder. When I contacted the company to express my displeasure I was told that they are now providing more cards, and they have updated there downloads but that now Trading Cards are printed in the booklet and that they had "used dollar store scissors on a flat surface. The cards did cut out quite nice". But these are NOT trading cards they are photo's. NOT what I paid for or was lead to believe I was purchasing. I will no longer be purchasing from this company.

They charged me additionally for something that the rest of our team got for free and refused to refund me.
The team picture itself is horrible. My son s eyes are closed in the team picture!? How does that happen in today s day and age. The team colours and logo are also not right and the graphics are horrible.
Overall very unprofessional and unhappy with Future Stars experience.
