Future Care most definitely does not follow diabetic renal diets that's why a lot of people die and rehab the nursing homes my son is a diabetic and supposed to be on a renal diet and they're serving him everything that he should not have one more week of this and I will contact the State.
Excellent place, highly recommend. Compassionate Nursing staff, Good Food with a very exquisite n formal setting Dinning room, excellent around the clock housekeeping, very friendly atmosphere with a warm welcoming. I love everything about this place. My husband is very satisfied with the loving care that he is getting from Future Care
My grandmother was there a few months ago and she had a great experience. The building is very clean and it didn t smell at all. The food was really good. The dining room is like going to a fancy restaurant. I would buy meals for myself. The staff was really wonderful to my Grandmother. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

I had a great experience here. The staff was exceptional. Therapy brought me where I need to be. I would highly recommend this place for care for anybody that needs it long or short. Staff were kind and compassionate and this means a lot when you are feeling horrible.
My mother was there not so long ago and she was really taken care of by nursing. Her GNA s were so nice to her and treated her with respect.
The Therapy Department did a tremendous job with helping her to be more independent due to having surgery on her leg.
The building was clean and did not smell and
It seemed to be very safe.
The dining room is an experience all by itself. She really enjoyed the food especially the dessert cart and ice cream. The environment in the dining room was very friendly and the staff was very helpful.
Last but not least, she was excited about the friends that she made there doing her stay.
Thank you all so much, it's a blessing to be able to not have to worry about your love one being in a nursing home.
AWFUL PLACE. My grandmother was here and they were terrible to her. Rude, absent, unhelpful. They were not giving her her meds, not following her dietary needs, and she had to be rushed to the ER due to a massive blood clot. AND they didn't let the family know till the last minute! I am furious with the way she was treated.
ZERO stars. Don't send anyone of your loved ones here.
This place is terrible. They are treating my father like garbage, talking down to him, bringing him cold food and luke warm tea. When he asks a question the staff get nasty with him, or ignore him altogether. I'm currently trying to get him transferred. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE! I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this place. Do not be fooled by the stars. Do the research
If Kenzie Riddle continues to work here, I won t recommend this place to anyone. She is careless and heartless for making a nasty post about a man who was going to jump to his death. I wouldn t want someone like that taking care of anyone. I highly suggest letting her go. Her behavior is very sickening.
My mother resides at FutureCare Northpoint. I love the way she is taken care of, looked after and most importantly treated. She is given the best care and I'm always kept up to date on everything that is going on with her. They have activities to engage the residents in, nutritional meals & family oriented activities plus the nurses are the best! Everyone who works there go out of their way to help you any way they can. They deserve every one of the 5 stars I've given them!!
