Felt disrcrimated by this company, to be more specific the branch on Coney Island Ave. The Spanish lady that does the intake was asking for unnecessary documents to keep me from working there. First she asked for my tax return papers dating back 2010 when I first started working in homecare lol. I have never in my life heard that, I have worked with at least 3 agencies prior. I showed her everything, including green card, valid hha certificate, social security, professional and personal references. I then rendered my tax documents since 2010 then she said I need to show one for 2011 lol. These people discriminate plain and simple. O yea and before I forget, my criminal record is clean.

Runn.. No care 3 days Aids can't read or speak English.. Coordination disrespectful won't answer your call..

The quality of care as well as the customer service aspect is second to none. I am so happy we went with Future Care as our provider.

Working in this field, getting a new patient stay with your agency is not easy.
I had been working for this company for almost 3 years, and the administrators is great. He offered me a cellphone, so I might better to work with the contractor and clients pretty well. As a result, clients may get in touch with me easily and even I went out, I may address their concerns anytime, a lot of aide also referred a lot of new cases to the agency because whenever they have questions, they can just send me message instead of calling the office.

However, later I heard a lot of complain from the Clients that the contract MLTC company not able to address their concerns properly, and the MLTC social worker also complain her new hires supervisor not treating her nicely, then I realised why the member is able to leave and started to look for another job.

I had a really nice experience working with the Futurecare who sent very kind and caring home health aides to my mother. My Mom's coordinator was so nice to me over the phone every time i called. I would highly recommend using their services.
