I’m well aware that we’re deep into August and I’m still grinding objectives, but when a Level 40 objective rewards a 99-rated Haaland, you just have to do it. I promise I’ll touch grass eventually! It wasn’t the easiest or most fun grind, but getting my hands on the Futties Haaland for FUTBIN’s database was worth the effort. Historically, I wasn’t a huge fan of Haaland’s cards; he always felt like he was missing that “something” for my squad. His TOTS and TOTY versions were leaps forward, but this year’s release felt just okay—until now. With all those 99 stats and the addition of Finesse+, I felt this card had the potential to be special. I dropped him straight into my main squad alongside Futties Abedi Pele and Al Owairan. The chemistry setup was a bit of a puzzle with so many high ratings, but I went with the Artist card to maximize passing and dribbling, which were his lowest stats. The Engine style would work too, but honestly, with numbers this high, any chemstyle will do the job. There were no SBC segments to discuss here, so the real question is whether the time spent unlocking an objective card is worth it. If you’re just spambing SBCs to hoard cards, maybe not. But if you’re actively playing—chasing EVOs, competing in Champs or Rivals, or just enjoying the game—then definitely complete these objectives. August is the perfect time to grind features if you’re already online. As for performance? He’s a beast. * **Pace:** Perfect. The Rapid Playstyle+ combined with his unique running animation lets him burst past defenders effortlessly. * **Shooting:** Flawless. The finesse is, as expected, overpowered, but his shots in general just seem to find the back of the net. He’s a goal machine. * **Work Rate:** Incredible. He’s everywhere on the pitch, constantly finding space to receive the ball and tracking back to win possession. * **Physicality:** A clear win. He’s massive yet agile, shielding the ball well and winning duels frequently, even if his interceptions are low. * **Passing:** Decent, but this card is clearly a target man, so his playmaking isn’t the highlight. **Verdict: COP.** I honestly believe this is one of the best strikers in the game right now. While I haven’t used the best Mbappé card, Haaland felt incredible and made securing wins feel easy. I couldn’t find a single fault with him. As a "free" item earned through gameplay, it might be the best free card we’ve ever had. If you’re still playing, I highly recommend unlocking this all-around perfect striker.
