Good place for an after party, but not appropriate for a book launch event where I am asked to lower my voice

Subsurface bar, good proposal for after, several combos with beer, very loud music, prices chords, a place for a couple of beers with friends

Happy hour are certain drinks, which are clarified on the menu. For example, the day I went there was fernet with coca.
There was also a band that was rehearsing, I guess to play later or another day. It was a bit annoying because you could hear the noise of the band and the music that passed in the bar.
The bar has a lodging upstairs, which I did not go to. But I guess the idea is to go from the bar to the hotel ... you know (if you know what I mean).

The opening hours were 1am on google maps. I tried to enter 23:30 and the entrance door was already closed, even with some people inside the bar, not allowing entry. So correct the opening hours!
