I recently ordered a custom piece of furniture, hoping for a smooth experience based on the website’s claims. Unfortunately, the process was more complicated than expected. 📦 While the selection was decent, the communication was lacking, and it felt like I was left in the dark about my order status. The delivery took longer than anticipated, and when it finally arrived, there were some quality issues that I didn't foresee. 🪑 It’s frustrating when you have high expectations, and they aren’t met. I believe there’s potential, but they need to improve their service and quality control.
