I went onto 10+ furniture websites to find a couch that would a.) fit into my living room b.) be able to get into my small apartment and c.) have removable back cushions. After weeks of searching on Macys, Moordians, Huckfinns, Bob's discount, etc. I thought I would never find a couch that fit my minimal criteria. At one point I caved and ordered a couch from Ikea that the delivery drivers lost and were never able to retrieve... The entire process was a nightmare UNTIL I called Furniture Plus in Hudson, NY. The man I spoke on the phone with personally checked to make sure the back cushions came off, that the measurements online were accurate, and that one was in stock for us. Within a week the couch was successfully delivered to my apartment. The couch was unable to fit through my front door, but the delivery guys were SO amazing that they tried our plan B which was to use a ladder and lift the couch through the second story porch off our apartment. This task was not easy, but they did it effortlessly and without a single hesitation or complaint. I HIGHLY recommend using Furniture Plus over any big box stores or even other local furniture stores.

The gentleman who waited on us was kind and extremely helpful. I just went back today and the same gentleman was there and waited on me. Of course delivery date was farther away than I would of liked but I guess they do a great business so busy with deliveries. I'd go there again.

I absolutely love Furniture Plus.They have good quality furniture at a reasonable price. I have brought many items in my house from there. My kitchen table, my mattresses, my dresser, my chaise, furniture for my Mom. One store where you can get something for any room... I would give them the highest rate possible...including for the kindness and the respect they show their customers....thanks guys

We ve always like Furniture Plus in the past however today s experience was rather unpleasant as the salesman was pushy! He followed us everywhere to each piece of furniture we tried and when he did step away it was for 3 mins and he came right back to question how we were doing. He Made us very uncomfortable as he chased us from sofa to sofa.

Patient, they let you browse as long as you want. Wide selection including Ashley. Turnaround during covid-19 may be as much as one full quarter. You pay, furniture order goes to the factory, FP will call you when ready.

I have been a customer of Furniture Plus for over 15 years and the buying experience has always been top notch. No pushy sales people, great selection and owners who truly epitomize the words "customer service"

5 stars for great selection, service and prices. If you need new furniture and need inspiration, come walk through their expansive showroom! The only problem might be choosing what to buy because you'll love it all. But even if you don't find exactly what you had in mind...just ask. That's what I did and was pleasantly surprised that they knew exactly what I was talking about, ordered it, and delivered it. Friendly service...like being with family!

ALWAYS FUN at Furniture Plus! These sales people feel like family. They are all very knowledgeable and never push you to buy. We have purchased many items over the years and this is the first time we have had to use the warranty to repair a manufacturing defect in our recliner chair. The warranty request was hassle-free with Christine, and Steve came to the house to install the part exactly as Christine had explained. There were absolutely no charges and no surprises. Steve is always very friendly and professional. I recommend Furniture Plus.

Went looking for something specific. No problems at all. Salesman did not try to sell us more than what we wanted. Delivery was fast!

It has absolutely beautiful furniture in a good assortment of styles. And prices are a little high on some things but the quality is worth it. Hard to items without traveling a long distance. They wore mask, had to use sanitizer and they maintained distance but very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend.

Get sales rep. They show you what are asking for, and the let you look around and come back to answer any questions you have. I purchased a power recliner, they had it in stock and assisted loading in my SUV and we we off!! Love my recliner!

Great Services and Excellent Staff always Friendly.

I recently went to Furniture Plus for the first time to buy a recliner. It's a large showroom and they seem to have a varied selection of all items.
I received great service. I told the sales rep exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He led me right to it. I only had to look at two chairs, boom, got it, no fussing around. And, the prices are more reasonable than I expected.

Going to call it 4.5 ! Was in the market for a new mattress. We stopped one day and were shown a wide array of choices. No pressure, easy going sales staff. Delivery was ON TIME and exactly within the time window given. We were happy with the entire process. Nice job guys !

My wife and I moved into the area about a year ago so we were not familiar with local stores.We drove past Furniture Plus and looked around.We were pleasantly surprised and bought a couch.no hassles,just great service and friendly sales staff.We went back and bought a dining room set.same great svc.same friendly staff.We knew right away this would be our store in the future.Thanks Tom and the rest of the staff,you deserve better than a 5star revue.

Salesmen were very knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery was right on time and the delivery men did not even blink when they found the mattress was going on a boat through a narrow hatch. The entire experience was excellent.
