Wonderful vacation in the days we stayed at this place

The place has many ample environments, but with few options of fun. Price charged is way beyond the services delivered. The main attraction is a lake with a seasonal formation and when there is no lake the place totally loses its charm. The hotel management is note 10, very attentive and concerned to well serve the guest. Value for money is more for the cost.

My husband and I were staying from 25/11 to 30/11. We simply loved the resort to rest. The place is beautiful, cozy, very clean and the accommodations wonderful. The pools were very clean, well maintained and the heated at great temperature. The delicious breakfast and dinner. The professionalism of the staff greatly charmed us! We will definitely return!

We spent the holiday of the dead in this wonderful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff, very large room and always clean.

I went to spend my honeymoon in July 2015, perfect place, polite staff, wonderful food, super cozy rooms, huge pools, I'm already dying of longing. Too bad the lake of furnas is empty .but nothing interferes with the quality of the hotel. 10 star hotel. Bjos

I attended a year-end party for the company I work for. Very pleasant atmosphere.

It can not be considered as a resort. High price for the offered. I will not be coming back and I would not recommend it to anyone. For the price paid there are hotels that range from 10 to zero. It seems that the hotel is deserted, especially the Kids space. Plenty of offerings on the menu do not have it in the hotel. The meal paid aside is expensive. Little choice of meal for child. I had no fruit to make vitamin for my baby. Staff very polite but completely unprepared, especially the restaurant waiter for the day. My family and I got the feeling that we threw money away because we expected a lot more.

A very good experience overall good. It is a bit removed from the nearest town (Formiga, MG), but there is no shortage of structure, accommodation and service to not leave the customer at hand. On the edge of Furnas Dam, and with landing strip for airplanes. Beautiful place, with pool, and great rooms for guests.

Bad .. bad food, decadent structure, poor service .. the only good thing is the accommodations.
By calling it resort, it should provide a better service ..

Exuberant nature. Great kids programming and Kids space. Adult and childrens pools, hot tub and heated pool. Delicious meals and drinks. Great option for relaxing or ecological tours.

Bad .... pool does not heat ..... old shower .... abandoned place ..... The attendants are good ... overall everything in poor condition

Disappointed. The food, besides not varied, seems to be reused, some guests, myself included, had a bad time. I had to come before to get medical attention. They do not use filtered water in the bar. The menu is awful. The structure and facilities are good, but poorly managed despite the effort of the staff. Not by far has the standard of a resort! Not worth the cost! Would not recommend!

The space, the accommodation is great and the silence!

Very nice resort, with great facilities and good service. A great differential is its aerodrome, with very good asphalt pavement for light aircraft operation.

Only leaves to be desired in the delay to serve the dishes and not have premiun drinks

Very structured resort with very beautiful Water Park has a small heated Kids Club with various recreation options for children tennis court football field a good restaurant. It even has a landing strip for small airplanes.
Room very spacious bedding comfortable bathroom with great bath shower.
I do not give five stars for some faults in the service mainly in the restaurant but nothing that prevents from returning the food inclusive is good and the breakfast is also tasty not surprising but good.
Great place to rest with family.

I participated in the Ballooning event, in which my family and I also chose to enjoy the resort's leisure structure. Total disappointment. Does a hotel of this size do an event of this size without having enough chairs or tables? I had to sit on the floor with my 9 month old baby and my 2 year old daughter. And when I went looking for something to eat near the pool, I was informed of the lack of food to order. I asked for help from several staff and nothing was done. Such a beautiful pool area, unprepared to receive guests for "Day use". It had no bathroom with open shower. I saw a mother changing her daughter's diaper in the foyer, for the absence of a minimally prepared place to change a baby. TOTAL DECEPTION !!!!!!!!!

It has structure, but it has no management.
It is a hotel, never a RESORT.

The best room of all Hotels I've ever frequented, wonderful whirlpool and giant bed, perfect for resting.

I went in 2013 and told the friends that they went and also liked and told others. New and very quiet hotel. Must return in October 2014 with my family.

Great hotel. Quiet with great food. Very good rooms

Room was great, with Hidro and TV with several channels closed. The most negative point of the hotel is undoubtedly the Wifi, you may consider that it does not have it because it sucks. The coffee and dinner are great, but the hotel's recreational staff is weak and can improve a lot. The structure is good but needs maintenance.

Great weekend. Good infrastructure and entertainment options for the whole family. Lunch for those who pay the part that is salty. 65.00 per person. Really a price out of reality.

Room and service excellent but meals did not have much variety of options and the heated pool was not well heated

I went with my family and stayed 4 days. In 2 of them CHEAP appeared in the room! COCKROACHES!!! On 2 consecutive days !!! UMA even climbed on top of my mother while sleeping !!! Absurd and surreal !! On both occasions I immediately notified the reception and the only thing that was done was an apology and the explanation that because it is a rural area, this was normal to happen !!! Hi? What do you mean, it's cheap in rooms with small children ??? It left a lot to be desired in the food too !! Some parts of the hotel were poorly maintained (swimming pool, farm, torn sheets and pillowcases ...)

Clean air, lakes and lots of peace have a perfect airstrip for those who love aviation.

The service is excellent the accommodations very comfortable and a very beautiful landscape.

Weekend that paid off at Furnaspark. Large, clean room and comfortable bed. Wifi works perfectly throughout the hotel. Good pools and excellent service from the staff. Very good food!

Excellent service on the part of all. I go at least twice a month! Nice atmosphere, polite people, good variety on the menu, wonderful pool, and now with heated pool. For those who are flying, be aware of the landing approach. The track is short and narrow. Put the 06 and decole by 24. But the operation is not critical, you can operate from Cirrus, Bonanza, Seneca to King Air, TBM. Fantastic the place!

Good hotel, good food, lots of varieties in self-service however when the resort is not very crowded it is not self service only there a la carte and there are not many choices and they vary depending on the season. The heated pool is not really heated much especially on cold days. I like the resort a lot, I have stayed twice but the second time I did not like the service.

Could have more leisure options in the hotel.
But it is a delightful place, wonderful view! Perfect to withdraw from the madness of SP and rest in earnest!
We did several tours in the area, but we went with our own car.
Pool with great size and great temperature! Sauna good.
Delicious food and dessert! Home footprint !!

The resort is very yummy plus the chalet we stayed found a bit overlooked especially the shower the water comes out boiling or cold, The food is simple and lacked those delicious dishes of Minas the breakfast idem more everything very yummy, just a suggestion that is more quick to replenish the dishes because some dishes ran out and they did not put more.
