this center has a person in secretary who does not give the correct information, as a result of this in our case, we have lost a significant amount of money in addition to a long time. I ask that in order to avoid this evil to other people, explain well to that employee how she should develop her work.
By the way this person is called MAYELA GONZALEZ
When trying by telephone to give us an explanation of why of that incorrect information, which as I have commented has caused us an economic loss and time, this person HAS HANGED THE TELEPHONE.
I hope that for the sake of other people who may be the same, someone to talk to this employee about how to do their job well and of course how to admit their mistakes and deal with the consequences of these.

I was doing an ACNEE internship for a certificate of professionalism that I had studied and I would like to thank all the attention received from all the professionals at the center, especially my tutor (Ahmed) for what he learned and his professionalism, Antonio for his dedication and Alfredo for having given me the opportunity to perform at the "Outstretched Hands" center.
