This is a smaller community hospital with many doctor's office located on the campus. I love the home town feel, and the personal attention. At FCHC you are not just a number, but rather a valued patient. I have always trusted their medical care, and they are great about knowing their limits and will help you get proper care. They have very friendly volunteers who help you get around on the campus and will even pick you up and drop you off at your car in the parking lot!

Very professional staff and friendly volunteers. The registrars and receptionist in the ER are outstanding and make you feel comfortable. The operator at the switchboard is always helpful in sending me in the right direction. I have all of my testing for my heart done here, close to home in Fulton County. Kind, caring and compassionate people are all I have encountered here.

I cannot thank FCHC enough for my recent ER visit and overnight observation on the 4th floor on 6/10/2020. All staff was so attentive, I wish
I could name each and everyone of you! Everyone was so thoughtful and friendly. Facility was very clean. Also, Dr. Riviera was very kind, helpful and thorough. Thank you all so much!

I went to the ER here after I had a seizure and had been throwing up blood, and I hurt my ankle during the seizure. Not even 10 minutes into the nursing questioning me, 4 more people walked into my room and started bombarding me with questions. During the questioning the staff in the room decided that I didn t have a seizure, I just passed out even though I have a history of seizures and was told by people who witnessed it that i was flopping around like a fish . So they told me I passed out and that I m fine. Then they tried to determine the pain in my stomach and they did very little to figure out what it was and they just said it s acid reflux (even though I ve had acid reflux for years and it never has been this painful or just in my stomach or caused me to bleed) the only thing they definitely got right was an ankle sprain. Which they didn t want to give me crutches for and instead gave me an air cast and told me to take Tylenol for my stomach and ankle pain. I absolutely do not recommend this facility for quality care. They don t listen to anything you have to say, they downplay your disorders and symptoms and they don t put forth much effort to find out what s wrong. I could ve spent less at the urgent care for the same type of treatment, maybe urgent care would ve given me some answers.

My experience in getting lab work done was ridiculous. She gave me a beeper to wait for what?! I was the only guy there! Just as I was going to give them their beeper back and leave without their service, she calls me. The registration process is too involved compared to other health providers. Then I go to the lab window and am told to wait again when I'm the only one there! This place needs to understand that their custimers' time is just as important! I'll go elsewhere next time. I don't have a half day to waste!

I was in the er Monday evening. I was having a difficult time keeping my blood oxygen level in the safe area. Yes I tested positive for the COVID-19 I was told that I was taking up a room they could be using for someone else. The girl who did the test on me was very rough. I hollared out that she was hurting me. She gave no response.bi said I was cold but did anyone care? NO

Don't go to this hospital, they'll exploit you. Never once did they disclose to me (or perhaps it was in the small writing on the paperwork that you fill out while you're in pain) that I would be charged two separate bills for going to the ER: one to pay the hospital and one to pay the ER physician (who you don't really have a choice in and don't know they'll charge you through a separate company for their opinion). Overall price was ~$850 for three hours of treatment and to receive some fluids. Ridiculous price, so if you can make the drive go to Toledo. Just avoid this place.

We had the best experience possible at the ER tonight. My 7 month old daughter enter the hospital with breathing problems. She was diagnosed with RSV. It was a scary situation. The admission at staff was pleasant and quick. We were taken back before we could sit down. Every nurse was helpful, pleasant, and great with my daughter. I ask questions from a nurse that was not ours. She gladly helped us and knew what was going on with us. The team seemed to work great together. The nurse practitioner took the time we needed and check on us often. The doctor was personable and seemed very knowledgeable. Totally time start to finish with breathing treatments and tests 2.5 minutes. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby girl!
