Easily becoming one of our favorite brewpubs - Full Sail never disappoints! The broad selection and variety of good quality craft beers is complimented by the incredible service and excellent food. Our server, Sasha was attentive and well versed on the beer selection and made us feel like family during our visit. The food was high quality, very tasty and incredibly fresh- and the staff was very accommodating of our substitutions and special requests. Everyone we encountered here seemed to genuinely care about our experience and we strongly recommend that you visit to see for yourself!

There's a slight incline on the way out right at the Host's podium. Everyone trips on it. Simply painting that incline a different color, or putting diamond plating on it, or some visual indicator would help. The floor is the same monochromatic color which hides the incline.

*Thoughts of the guy drinking at the end of the bar who attended a occupational safety briefing today*

Good food, good service, great beer. Solid riverview from the north side of the restaurant. Don't get fooled by the entrance, just follow the signs back down the hallway to the restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

Service is good. Wait staff was fairly attentive. Noise is well controlled. We had the veggie burger, beer cheese soup and wings with barbeque sauce. All were great. Tasty and nicely presented. Session Dark is tasty but not bitter. View is north but a bit industrial. We'd go back.

Full Sail has it all....a great venue full of happy people, excellent beer and food, and nature views from the deck that will fill your heart. My wife lived and workedc in Hood River back when the brewery was just getting started. She made sure that we would travel this way in order for me to enjoy it, too. What a woman...

Great local, employed owned brewery with a great selection on tap, including pub-only selections. Decent food selections; I recommend the burgers. On a hillside so you get views of The Gorge and there is a nice little outdoor section. Reasonably priced and a great stop if you are driving through Hood River

Atmosphere. Smiles from servers. Great food. All those things beckon us back some day in future. Our trip to local museum worked up an appetite. A nice woman at the museum told us of three places, we chose this one.

It being between lunch rush and after work crowd, so we were able to get table by the window. Atmosphere included a photo mural of Mt Hood that covered the whole wall. Plank like wood made booth on one side with chair on other side of table made with same nice wood. Classy style for a pub famous for a great brew. In the days before my gluten free path, I had a few IP Ale from this Full Sail brand. Nice taste.

On our way in I glanced around hoping to get glimpse of plates to gauge food portions. Seeing how large the burgers were my mate and I ordered one burger for him with fries while I ordered the pear, blue cheese and walnuts salad. Yum. I loved the taste so much I can still recall the creamy dressing in the lettuce with pears and candied walnuts... oh, my fella gave me a few bites of his awesome meal, beef and fries, hold the rest. I took some of the salad home for supper. It was great paired with other leftovers.

Part of what I liked was how nicely they handled our ordering only water instead of brews. He's driving us and I'm not partial to beer, besides our Starbucks drinks await us in the car. Our food order was delightful and we may just come back.

Full Sail is underrated - they're a little on the large side, and the brewpub isn't the best, but the beer is solid, and they make a few styles, like black lager, than can be hard to find in the craft beer world. And, I like the fact that they are entirely employee-owned.

Sessions brand beer is Full Sail Brewing's restaurant beverage of choice here, where you can enjoy a view of the Columbia River and a brew and burger with the family. Busy most of the day, and the wait staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The downtown shopping district is nearby.

Excellent beer in an amazing space overlooking the river. If you can, get a table in their covered outside area. Then you get a clear view of the kite surfers and sailboats in the river. The beers are good, with the pale ales and darker beers as standouts. We only had the hummus plate so I can t really comment on food but our food was delicious. Service is fast and friendly.

I grabbed the Taster Tray ($10) and the Full Sail burger. It was an amazing combination. The outdoor seating patio has a spectacular view. The Hood River location made it a small vacation and it was an incredibly pleasant experience.

What a great spot for the entire family! The brew and food is great, and the service attentive and friendly. I accidentally left a bag of purchases at the table, and this organization was kind enough to send it out to me in Portland right away. Looking forward to my next visit to Hood River, and food and drink at Full Sail brewing company!

Since I went for the burger, here is my burger-specific review!

Meat 5 / 10
I must admit, the meat wasn't the greatest. It unfortunately did not have much flavor and was also a little on the dry side.

Bun 8 / 10
Probably the best part of the burger. Perfect size and tasted fresh.

Burger : bun ration 7 / 10
Pretty close to 1:1 ratio which is the idea ratio. This category checks out!

Toppings 5 / 10
Similar to the meat, the toppings also lacked flavor. ):

Condiments 5 / 10
Standard condiments, nothing particularly special or tasty.

Logistics 7 / 10
Overall, the burger wasn't totally difficult. I had to fold the lettuce in half because there was a LOT of lettuce that came on the burger! It started to fall apart at the end, but overall, not terrible in the logistic department.

Fries 5/10
Good size and good level of crispy, but similar to the meat and toppings, the fries just really lacked flavor.

There was potential with this burger but overall, it was just very, very bland!

Grabbed lunch and a tour here after some hiking in the morning and it was great! Food and service were both pretty good, and I really enjoyed their beer. We took a mini tour of the place and it was nice. Definitely would recommend a stop here to grab some beer and hang out.

The Mediterranean salad was great. I like how the menu offers beer pairing digestions for each dish. The beer was quite good.

Clean environment with friendly staff. Lots of merchandise too. Even a doggy beer dish.

Only reason not a 5 star is the beer did not stand out as excellent and there wasn't much to set this brewery apart from another. Nice place though. I'd go back.

We stopped by on the tail end of a very long road trip with very low expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with an awesome experience. The staff was friendly, service was prompt and the food and drink were amazing. Definitely will come back the next time we roll through town!

The Full Sail burger was the best burger I've had in recent memory. Half pound patty cooked the way you want topped with some delectable sauces. Fantastic food with creative twists and the beer is top tier with something for the malt guys and the hop guys.

Great spot and Hood Rivers own nationally known local craft brewery. The birds perch view of the kite surfing and water front is unbelievable. As far as the beer, we all know it's good and you'll be able to find at least one that you like. The food is superb as well, from salads to wings to burgers to fish a chips, they got it going.

We had dinner here last night. FANTASTIC food and the beers suggested for us went perfectly with the meals we ordered.
Although their menu trends towards your basic pub fare, everything my boyfriend and I ordered was excellent.
Definitely try this place if you are in Hood River.

Amazing beer, always been a fan of their beer, but now I'm a huge fan. What a great selection in house. And, the barrel aged offerings sealed the deal for me. Food was 4 stars, service was 3-4. However, I had to give five on the beer alone, also amazing views of the Columbia River gorge. Get the patio in summer for sure, even winter is fine.

The only reason it gets a 3 is the cool view. Beers are average, there are 2 better breweries in a 5 mile radius of this place that you're probably better off going to. Oh, and they are no longer independently owned.

Always good food that meet a variety of dietary restrictions except, perhaps, Kosher. The fries with chipotle dipping sauce are worthy of emulation by other food emporiums. The craft brews are a "ab-fab" (absolutely fabulous in older British slang). Worth the few minutes you wait on busy days. Family friendly, but please take recalcitrant children out doors and let others enjoy a more peaceful meal. Don't forget to take the tour!

Was able to get a table quickly and of course there's the great beer selection. I had the curry, I got it vegan style, and it's was easily on par with the best Indian food. Really flavorful and super vibrant colors (my camera washes out it) but not spicy enough for me so if recommend asking for Sriracha or Sambal on the side. There's also a good looking sweet potato burger I didn't try.
