Great beer and food. Enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the views in the Summertime.
Great beer and food. Enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the views in the Summertime.
Good beer, good food but seating can be an issue. Luckily there is outside seating but it can get warm. Friendly and timely service
Nice experience, beautiful views and some vegan options. Knowledgable and patient server and of course, good beer.
Got to try multiple menu items that were all fantastic! With so many beer options we wish they had at least one GF brew choice. Certainly not a complaint though!
Great service. Good beer and delicious fish and chips(salmon).(
Solid food, solid views, solid brews. The seating is a bit cramped, but overall good times
Been coming here since the days when the restaurant was just a few card tables and a basket of peanuts. Amazingly, the beer has stayed current and always inventive and the food and general ambience is always great. The staff is perennially great and very friendly. What can I say, I m a fan boy. I ll update my review in another decade and expect it will just as glowing
One of my favorite beers of all time! I remember the first time I tried their amber ale I thought my prayers had been answered that someone, someday would create the perfect beer which Full Sail did!
Love the outdoor in-closed heated patio. Great beers and I recommend the pretzel stick appetizer!
People in Eastern Oregon love their beer. That's why Full Sail is the place to go after a day on the river. In the winter it's cozy and out of the way. In the summer, it's the perfect local bar. What more could you ask for?
Great beer, great service and affordable. What else can you ask for?
Had high hopes for this place because it had good rating and I love brewery. But I was disappointed with the customer service, the host was not very friendly but our waiter was very nice. But everything I ordered either got mixed up or had to send back because it was NOT very good. Disappointed in the food even as simple as getting a coke it was blah.
After leaving the Colombia Gorge hotel we ventured over to Hood River to see the various shops and attractions, #1 on our list of stops was the Full Sail Brewery. The excitement pretty much ended once our food arrived as it was not all that amazing. The menu choices seem to be no better than your run of the mill pub fare, I'm sure there are plenty of other places in Hood River that have delicious food as well as having Full Sail on tap (I will find one next time for sure.)
Yes, go for the beer if you're a Full Sail fan, just arrive with a full belly beforehand!
The amazing craft beer, view and brewing facilities kept Full Sail at a 4 for me, if my review had to stand on food alone I don't know if I would be comfortable with even a 3.
Good food, though the beer is good, it's not really as experimental as other breweries
Great beer, great service, and good food for an agreeable price.
I assumed it wouldn't be good as it was so big, but they proved me wrong. Great food, good beer.
14 dollars for a burger and fries. FOURTEEN DOLLARS! The bun was all wet and squishy from the drippings so it just completely fell apart and the top bun was so thick I just took it off entirely so I just essentially ate a burger on a plate. I will say good fries though. When the food runner asked if I needed anything else I asked for mayo and he says "uhm there is mayo under the bun" - like I didnt need anymore. Well okay then I guess I wont have any mayo incase I want it. Thanks. We wont be back unless we are promised a MUCH better experience.
One of my favorite breweries. The food is as good as the beer. Epic views of the Gorge.
Great food, amazing beers, phenomenal service. The only thing better than that was the view from the outside terrace.
Typical pub food that was good. Beer selections were broad and really let you find something that fits your mood.
These folks make the best veggie burger I've ever had. I think Turtle Creek Foods makes it for them, but it's only served here and it's off the hook.
The beer is pretty good too.
I will admit I expected this place to be not as good as it was. I have a little bit of a bias against larger brewery restaurants. They tend to focus heavy on the beer and light on the food.
The space isn't anything all that impressive but it is decorated nicely and simply with clean modern aesthetic and has a good view of the gorge. They could have certainly designed the space to have a more 180 view but it's a full glass northern exposure at the very least. A nice outdoor seating area but mostly closed in by the building.
The beer selection is obviously impressive and the servers' knowledge is good. They are well trained on what you need to know when working with a beer loving crowd.
The menu isn't overwhelming but does have a nice and diverse selection of items. A little bit of everything.
I went for the vegi burger and I will say it was delicious. A nice texture but definitely a knife and fork kinda meal. It's nice that they make it themselves and the side salad is simple and good fixings. Across the group we had the Salmon Fish n' Chips, and some sampling of different sides. The fries are amazing. The Fish n' Chips will make you want higher quality fish with every place you go, it makes a difference.
In the end this was an A-OK joint. During peak times they definitely do not have enough seating and being a main attraction in Hood River I think that is a bit limiting for them.
If they could keep the menu rotating with seasonal goodness, someday expand and take better advantage of the view they have I think it could move to a 4 star and even surpass to a 5.
Second time here and a second amazing time!!! Service was great and beer was better. My wife and I have had nothing but good times here!!
Awesome food! Best fish and chips I've eaten. Burger was great too.
Great place, order the full sail burger and it melted in my mouth with awesomeness. Also tried the blood orange seasonal brew on tap and loves it. Thank you Full Sail Brewery and Pub, this is my new favorite local restaurant.
Exceptional staff, had a great meal, we sat and chatted after dinner with friends with no pressure to leave or clear the table.
Was recommended to us and we will return.
The turkey sandwich was very delicious. It s to bad I live so far away I would order it more often.
Great beer, especially that pilsner and fabulous food.
I had the chicken curry soup that was knock down awesome. My main entree was the Portobello mushroom sandwich with a pesto dressing. Wow mouthwatering savory combination.
Service was great friendly, fast and courteous.
You will not be disappointed at all with the Full Sail Burger. So so yummy! They also have a lot of vegan options. A great place all around.
Amazing as always. The outside seating is great and the staff is very nice.
Enjoyed my lunch of cheese soup, sweet potato fries and a Bourbon Porter.
Good atmosphere & huge portions. Definitely worth a visit!
Great food! Great service! Great beer! Ask for Amber as a server or for an amber beer. Hard Kombucha was amazing! Tell her Ty sent you!
Full pint pours and excellent food. Patio dinner is a plus.
Great local organic beef burgers and the seasonal beers are always a great alternative to their regular flagship beers.
Very good beer, very good food too. Friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
A fun place to stop for lunch with a nice view and friendly staff...the fried salmon was surprisingly good and the warm bread pudding was delicious!
Quality food in a timely manner and bartender was attentive.
Beer is decent but certainly not outstanding. Food was good for a bar but not a great restaurant. Very limited selection of seasonal or special beers, and what they do have may be on tap for a loooong time. They are more about generic 'safe' beer profiles and family friendly restaurant area.
Best to stop in to try a taster or two before going somewhere more serious about their brewing!
A tempeh veggie burger chased with a cascade pils made me happy. Full menu with lots of choices. Not my favorite beers but you are in Hood River with a great view so no complaints from me.
We were told it would be a 20 minute wait but thankfully it was only 10 at lunchtime! Very good service! Prices were reasonable. We tried the Bourbon Porter (excellent) and the Summa Time Lager (very refreshing). Decent view from the deck.
Great view of the Hood River. Didn't try the food, but the beers were great.
Food was fantastic and the facility is great! We had a good view of the Columbia from our table. I had the Salmon Fish and Chips, which was surprisingly wonderful, though the Coleslaw completely showed up the rest of the dish! Husband got the Full Sail burger which was also a hit. Definitely worth stopping by if you have time!
I have been going to Full Sail since it first opened its doors. And will continue to return when ever the oppertunity presents itself. Hands down THE BEST micro/craft brew I have EVER had.
Full Sail is an awesome place to visit, an original beer enthusiasts kinda place. The food is incredible, best Mediterranean appetizer around! You won t regret your visit, and will plan future visits before you leave.
Awesome food and great service! We stop by every time we drive the gorge.
Had the amber and took a tour. The amber on nitro was amazing. Loving the brews on nitro.
Kate was awesome, totally knew her stuff, answered our questions. Great experience, highly recommend it.
What can I say. . . . The employees are personable and friendly. And their beer is Great!
Great place to eat and visit the Brewery family friendly and great staff
Extremely busy but the service was still pretty fast all things considered
Less intimate and a bit more polished than nearby double mountain, but the food was tasty and porch area is nice on a summer night.
Once a beer pioneer in the NW they now seem to have sold out a bit to the masses.
Great beer selection the food is always amazing and nothing beats the gorgeous rooftop patio view.
Stopped for lunch and beers with a couple of friends. We ordered some appetizers to share which included the brussel sprouts, sweet potato tots, and beer cheese soup. All were delicious but man ohh man the sprouted were hands down my favorite. Service was prompt and beers were never empty before refilled. Tried a hard kombucha for the first time and it did not disappoint. The heated patio was excellent on a crisp fall afternoon with spectacular views across the river. Will be back next time I'm in town!
Great menu, great beer, great atmosphere, and reasonably-priced growler fills!
Cool view of the river, AMAZING meaty veggie burger!
Great views, great beer, great food!! Highly recommend ordering the salmon fish and chips! Portion is large enough to share.
Great place for food and beer! Had a flight of beer and a delicious Fire Burger. Highly recommend stopping here!
Told us we had a 20 to 25 minute wait, was more like 5. Fast service with nice pairing options on a simple menu the fits all. We had the seasonal orange wheat beer. Was perfect and refreshing after a long day on the road.
Very good beer and food as well. Luckily I can purchase their beer back home in Houston.
Their food is good and the beer is still great, but you may not want to drink it here. The low rating is given to reflect the recent changes to the tasting room...A remodel (which took place in early 2017) has taken all character out of the tasting room and now makes it feel very sterile inside. The furniture has been replaced with very uncomfortable, cheap feeling metal stools and chairs. The appeal to spend time is gone for me and I hope that some of the charm of the business comes back in the future.
The beer was fantastic. They offer flights but you have to pick between their classic or seasonal premade flights. I had the Full Sail burger--excellent. My wife had the salmon and chips--also excellent. We would recommend stopping by.
This is my favorite Brewery in Oregon. They have the widest selection of beers that are very delicious. Blood Orange Wheat on draft is the best beer I have ever had in my life. Definitely stop by.
Stopped by on our way through Oregon on the way back to Washington. The food was great and the service was prompt but it was a little pricey for me. I think I'm just more used to smaller scale breweries.
Awesome food with awesome beverages! Absolutely love the view and locations.
The Portobello Mushroom Sandwich was amazing! I highly recommend it.
The pretzels are awesome and the VSP and Wassail on nitro won't disappoint.
Amazing views of the Colombia river from the bar, good food, good beer, and a really terrific free brewery tour. Really nice of them to give out a glass at the end of every tour!
Great place to stop by if you are driving towards Mt hood from Portland.
-Great selection of beers and ciders to chose from
-Friendly service
-Great view
-Best part is the food. I still often think of the burger I had there
Excellent food and really great beer. The portions are good size, even the salads. They were super accommodating and kid friendly and even had high top booster seats. Great views and a comfortable patio, too.
Hood river is an awesome community and the Full Sale brewery was a great end to a great visit.
Great beer! Beautiful view. Food and service are also a plus. Amber Ale on Nitro
Great beer, fun to get things you can't in the store. Food was good, balcony was beautiful
Fantastic burgers! Best I have had so far out here in Oregon. My fiance really loves the blood orange beer. Great atmosphere and fast friendly service.
Delicious food, very friendly service. The steak sandwich was fantastic!
Great service and nice view. Full Sail brews great beer and their taster flight is an excellent starting point to try out their beer.
