Office tower with small mall inside. You can find some restaurants, cafe and gym in here e.g. Starbucks

Motorcycle parking for lunch 300 baht. Do you think I will ever go back there. What is the matter with these folks. How long do they think they will get away with it? I will never return there. Huge ripoff.

Large centrally located office building. The main floor and 2 additional floors plus the basement are assigned to service business, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, cafes, etc. The offices are well managed and the building has direct access to the BTS (Skytrain).
