Fuji Sushi Bar Review

Great food, friendly staff, but ambiance good be improved.

Sushi I got there was not fresh , even the rice used in wrapping it had to be sitting out. After eating one piece I knew I might get sick and I was feeling ill until I went to sleep a hour after eating just one piece. Never again will I eat there. I should have known better by the cleanliness of the restaurant to include the fish tanks which were filthy

Definitely not authentic. Our sushi was served at room temperature instead of cold as it should have been, and the flavors were very bland. I even had to send back the sweet tea and ask for coke because the tea had soured.

Good sushi, good prices, my soul is happy. Thank you for the food my dudes.

The chefs don't know what they are doing.
The food tend to be overcooked badly.
They got the order wrong as it was completely wrong from what they described on their menu and they simply just refused to even consider remaking it.

Interior is comfortable, food was served fast, and our order was correct. One of the best in auburn.

This place has some really delicious sushi. I'm a picky eater when it comes to sushi and these guys had some of the best I've ever eaten. Would totally recommend.

Ate the Katsu but it tasted dry and old. The udon was delicious though!

Always good food for a fair price. I've been coming for years. I've not once had a problem. Service is always friendly.

Food is very great, but service leaves something to be desired. I would recommend take-out. First time I sat in, I was given my check even though I expressed wanting to order another roll of sushi and dishes of the people I was with were completely forgotten. Second time, I was only given water once even though I repeatedly indicated I wanted a refill. Furthermore, waitress forgot to give me my debit card back.

I am currently at Fugi and management is forcing me to pay for food that has a dead bug in it. I have been a loyal Fugi patron. The waitress was great, management was terrible. The bug caused me to lose my entire appetite.

Cheap food but not cheap quality. Sushi options are plentiful as well as the quantity served. Overall a tasty deal.

Quiet place. Calm atmosphere. Great selection od food.

Samurai chicken is a must try if you like chinese chicken dishes like I do. Similar to sesame chicken but better!!

Berry-saketini is badass. I am a boy. Haven't received my sushi yet. Who cares? The tablecloth is way too long and keeps rubbing my skinny legs. 4/5 stars.

Solid choice for sushi. It's not the cheapest in town, nor is it the best, but it's a nice middle ground of affordable and tasty. The service is always decent and the food comes up quickly. Great lunch specials, as well!

The sushi was just okay to be honest. I had the Auburn tiger roll. Fun for a first time experience but I don't think I'll be motivated to go back.

I came here to eat the long horn roll , I really enjoyed the food. The service is most definitely amazing. Something simple yet nice if you like sushi.

Most of the sushi is great and they have fair prices, but can be hard to reach to place a to-go order. Also, some of the items listed in the online menu are no longer available, like the ichi roll.

Discrimination against Chineses students for forcing 18% tip. Never going back after first try. I usually tip about 20%, this is totally unnecessary and absurd discrimination. They need to apologize.
