The atmosphere was really laid back and chill. Even though they were pretty busy every person I saw who worked there had a smile on their faces and a kind word. We only bought some fudge, but it was delicious. We got the Buckeye and Bourbon Toffee flavors. I highly recommend both, but the buckeye was 100% my favorite. I hope we can go back and try some of the main dishes soon. I thought the room with the chalk drawings done by the owner was cool. And the main area with all the antique stuff from when it was a drug store is amazing. You could spend hours just looking at it all!!
Ice cream was really good. Other food looked good but we only had the ice cream. Nice place, lots of nostalgic items.
Both the cherry Italian soda and the cheesecake were great. The atmosphere was nice. Overall a very nice stop on a cold afternoon.

This is a wonderful place! I had the "kitchen sink" hotdog with side salad and big pickle. My husband had the club sandwich with side salad. Food was delicious. Service was fast (and we were here during the lunch rush) and friendly. We WILL be back!

Visited for lunch recently with a party of three and found friendly counter service and an interesting menu. Friend got their cheese burger, which is advertised as a meatloaf patty. Too much breading for his taste. I got the chili dog which is made with sweet chili--not my thing. And they seemed to have everything but fudge!
Love this place!!! My husband placed music there with his friends every Saturday Morning at 10 am.

Great ambiance. I don't go back quite as far as when Abraham Lincoln was president but the food was good the prices are reasonable and the menu was great. And I just stopped in for a pimento cheese sandwich! My first time in Harrodsburg. This is a great place.
Awesome place!! Has a really nice atmosphere; a historical building that use to be a pharmacy is now a restaurant. Serves tasty desert and good food, me and the wife will definitely make another visit to this place
Best place in town to visit and grab something to eat.
This was my first time to Harrodsburg. I had a couple hours with nothing to do so I stopped in this little coffee shop/cafe. First of all, it has the feel of a local shop in a much bigger city, with lots of coffee, sandwich, salad, and dessert options. The owner chatted with me as he took my drink order; he was friendly and laid back. He brought my latte to me in a mug, which is much better than a disposable cup. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here, and should I have occasion to return to Harrodsburg I will certainly come back.

Had a great sandwich that was filling and delicious.
It's a cool building, but the portion size was terrible. I got a special for the day, a quiche, and it was simply a tiny piece of quiche and 6 grapes. To put this in the proper proportion, they have slices of pie in displays and they were all larger than my "meal". I wont be going back, which is a shame because I live within walking distance.
Reading the response, I would like to point out that it was listed as a special and was $7.
Awesome restaurant. Exceptional atmosphere of an old time pharmacy and soda fountain. The soup and bread are obviously home made and are both outstanding. If you are within 50 miles of this restaurant you must try it.
The BEST: my favorite place to eat in Harrodsburg. My only frustration is their odd hours. I really wish they were open earlier for breakfast. The quiche is great. But you HAVE TO try the gourmet grilled cheese!

I love this little hole in the wall!!! It is a must everytime I'm passing through the small town of harrodsburg. The food is just excellent and the milkshakes are some of the best I've ever had!
Yummy Club sandwich with cheddar crusted panini bread and Chipotle mayo, and wait for the BEST part: honest to goodness perfect . Good cup of Chai tea. Set in a restored, vintage drug store. Definitely a culinary treat in a fast food culture. Nice experience. I hope to get back soon. BTW, desserts are killer. Gonna get me a scone for the road.

Staff was friendly & efficient. Place was steeped in history & nostalgia. The homemade icecream treats were delicious. Only drawback: to be called Kentucky Fudge Company they only had a little bit of fudge. Only a few varities sold in tiny cups ( quarter of a pound sizes for $3.25). So they are more ice cream & deli than fudge shop.

The Harrodsburger is legit.
And the bartender knows how to make a proper Old Fashioned...which is important.
The Loaded Potato Salad is also quite tasty.
Great selection of sandwiches, soups and salads for lunch. More options for dinner. Local beer on tap and an old fashioned soda fountain! Not to mention the fudge.
Went here thinking it was a fudge store only and found a wonderful little restaurant and ice cream parlor. You MUST try their Derby pie, it's absolutely divine!

Very cute small town eatery that serves some wonderful food. Went for lunch and had the Tomato Bisque Soup and their Pimento Cheese with Bacon "Hamburger". I love that the hamburger is actually a 1/2 lb of meatloaf. Everything tasted amazing, highly recommend checking it out.

Great quesadillas and flavorful pizzas. (Note: served after 5PM on Fri. & Sat.) Super friendly staff serving you in an atmosphere that is a step back in time.They have a well deserved reputation around Harrodsburg as serving some of the best tasting food on town.
