Great seller. I placed a small order for a switch and wall plate. The plate arrived with a small scratch on it. I contacted them via email; I had a reply within an hour, the replacement plate shipped same day, and I received it in two days. Josh even emailed me the tracking number for the replacement. All for a less-than two dollar item. That's how you take care of customers! Fruit Ridge will be my go-to from now on!
Outstanding customer service! My initial order was incorrect. Within 12 hr of notifying Fruit Ridge Tools, they shipped out the correct order. And didn't require that I ship the incorrect order back!
