Steven, my agent, was very bright like a shining star. He knew what I was looking for and got it done where several others had failed. My experience with underwriting was equally impressive. I would recommend Frontline to anybody and everybody. Thanks Guys!

Had their homeowners policy for one period and when it was time to renew I never received a billing and they cancelled me for nonpayment of premium. When I received the notice and called them to reinstate, they said it would not be reinstated. I said what about the 30-day grace period, THAT I WAS ONLY TEN DAYS INTO, specified by Florida Statute 627.453. They said it was their discretion as to give a 30 day grace period or not.

FLORIDA STATUTE 627.453 SAYS: Grace period. Every insurance contract shall provide that the insured is entitled to a grace period of not less than 30 days within which payment of any premium after the first may be made.

Seems clear to me that Frontline needs to learn how to read the Florida Statutes that govern them

One week ago I received a notice from my homeowners insurance company that they were being dissolved and I had 30 days to find other arrangements. This is a very bad situation to be in, in the middle of hurricane season. Kirsten began working with me and within one week had taken care of everything so that a new policy is set to take effect without a lapse in coverage. Kirsten was very professional and diligently worked to find acceptable coverage for my home. She quickly found a reputable company with improved coverage and worked closely with me to complete all the necessary documentation. Her responsiveness was second to none and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Their in-home inspection has a new option. Now interior & exterior photos are done with your phone. Their policy cost less than most and was easy to get during prime hurricane season. Not always easy in S. FL.

I could not be more disappointed in a company than I am with Frontline. They cancelled my policy after three months of moving into a new home because I have solar panels. They wrote the policy for the previous owner of the home several years ago and knew they had solar panels then. Also this is after the fact that they were charging me 40% more than the previous owner's premiums. Pure greed! No call, no explanation. As a small business owner, I cannot imagine treating my customers this way. I am happy to be moving on from them.

Frontline offers excellent coverage at affordable premiums. We had a Frontline home inspector come to our home & check electrical, plumbing, & AC, this is the first time an insurance company has made this effort to ensure we had proper connections to the vital workings of our home. Thanks Frontline.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We had to switch to a new claims adjuster because the man we were working with continually delayed, lied, ignored questions or emails, and had just a rude and condescending attitude. One of the worst moments though was when I called to switch adjusters. I told the girl on the phone that I have had a terrible experience with our adjuster and did not want to work with him any longer and would like to speak to someone new. She confirmed who the person was then stated that would be no problem and said she would find me a new adjuster to talk to, put me on hold, then came back and said ok I have someone for you to talk to, then transferred me to the same guy. Not sure if this girl just really likes drama and thought she was being cute or funny but I was stunned at such immature and unprofessional behavior. I was so caught off guard and uncomfortable and stated to the adjuster that I did not want to speak to him and to please transfer me to someone else but he continued to argue and recite company policy to me. When I finally was able to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor apologized which I appreciated and put me with someone new. Overall it still took 60 days for them to finally deny my claim which I know is within their timeframe but I was initially told it would only take about 3 weeks. I m still waiting for the paperwork to read the denial but what the girl stated on the phone was not even accurate and they were ignoring paperwork that we had submitted. Oh and they are trying to raise our rate by about $600 for the upcoming year yet denied some simple drywall repair. Such a joke.

One of the BEST insurance companies I have ever worked with for my homes. Very easy to contact and all the people I have spoken to have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. After Hurricane Michael, we had an adjuster onsite with a settlement estimate within days. Even when contractors submitted higher estimates than on the original settlement, Frontline reviewed data and adjusted their records and issued updated checks. Other neighbors are still battling for basic repairs nearly 3 years later with other insurance companies!!
