garbage man DON'T KNOW INSURANCE THERE. !!!!!! LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE! I asked him for a receipt to change company and he could not give me the receipt of my last payment I made there. I did not want to change, it was not as a policy holder but as a driver. And my money well they received it. $ 300 per month. !! For a 03 acura is a robbery. I would not recommend it to ANYONE.

By far this is the WORST company to have car insurance through. I was supposed to have an SR22 with liability and I told the agent when she filed the insurance. The agent confirmed that s what I had. I paid $600.00 for the down payment for coverage. Then I received a letter from the dmv stating my license had been suspended due to not having the correct insurance. I went by the agents office and they were rude and defensive instead of apologizing for filing incorrectly. I refused to pay reinstatement fees and made them take care of it. Afterwards, they denied me coverage through them. They also bribe people to leave a good review. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT do business with these people!

Ive tried many other insurance companies across the upstate, but this one i can honestly say has been my best experience. The environment is friendly always helpful. I highly recommend them for ALL insurance needs.

I ve spoken the Fransisco several times before I stopped in today. I wanted to come in and share an event I had coming up that I thought would be helpful for his business. When I walked into his office today, I saw him and he saw me. I waived and said hello without a response from him. His secretary asked how she could help me. I said, I was hoping to quickly speak with Fransisco. Fransisco, all the mean time, is standing there and listening to the conversation. She turns around and asks him if he has time and he said just a minute. She asked me to take a seat while I waited. 10 minutes passes and she tells me, he messaged me that he s about to jump on a call in a minute, can you come back at another time?

I have no problem with people being busy. I meet with hundreds of business owners a month. I get it. I m not a priority nor do I expect to be. What I don t appreciate is the blatant disrespect that Fransisco showed me today by not acknowledging me at all and having me wait ten minutes. Instead, he ignored me completely as if I was a random stranger he never met and then decided to have me wait 10 minutes without ever (probably) intending on talking with me.

I asked the secretary why he couldn t have told me that ten minutes ago and then he came out of his office and said I can tell you now. What do you want from me? I said, a simple greeting and acknowledging of my presence. Apparently he had a few minutes to talk to me after all?

Frontier Insurance is fantastic. Just cancelled my Geico auto insurance and switched to Progressive through Frontier. Everyone wants to save money but I was also concerned with some of the negative customer reviews for Geico.
