The waitress we had was very awesome! She helped me choose, what is probably now, the best beer I've had so far. She was super attentive and accommodating. I will definitely be going back!

First time here since COVID, service was great and did a good job of implementing social distancing. The food was delicious and our server was great! They created little dividers between the tables for extra safety.

Amazing pub fare at really great prices. The staff is always amazing and the beer selection is top notch! They have their own beer line brewed in-house and it's great. The sandwich options aren't simple and plain, but adventuresome and flavorful. I love the Vietnamese Ciabatta! I'm a huge fan of Frisco. I'm in Columbia two weeks of every Quarter and two of my five nights in town (at least) are spent at Frisco. Stop in and give it a try (get the Polenta as a side and have them add cheddar cheese, you can thank me later)!

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we had a very good lunch. Service was friendly and helpful. I had the potato pancakes (latkes) appetizer which included three large pancakes along with spiced apple sauce, sour cream and horseradish emulsion ($9.95). It's hard to find good potato pancakes, and I recommend you consider trying these. My wife had the Cuban sandwich with fries which was large and well prepared ($12/95). We plan a return visit with friends who will enjoy the large selection of beer.

This place had a very extensive food menu and a great beer on tap selection. Wonderful place to hang out with friends. Food was very good. Try the Bang Bang Shrimp Egg Rolls they truly are awesome. Crab Pizza was great tasting and full of crab meat. Cuban Sandwich had wonderful flavor. All in all great experience.

A small but budding brewery and tap house. They had a large selection of beers, but the draw back was they did not have a menu and ordering looking at the main wall is kind of tough. Since they did not have a menu the bar tender was nice enough to help us make some cocktails for my friends. I personally did not like the sout beer I ordered. But then there is lot to try. Even menus for food are limited and we were ordering based on our guess of the appetizers. Might go again to try some beer.

Good beer selection but one thing I hate hate hate is their beer menu. It's either on TVs across the entire restaurant or you can get it on your phone (don't accidentally search for Frisco's or Friscoes, you'll end up with the wrong menu). They say this is because it changes so much, but waste some paper people, this has pissed me off too much. However the thing that really sucks is that the menu misses two very important things: 1) what type of beer it is and a description. ..and 2) the price. We got saddled with good beer and a huge tab because the beers ended up being expensive without us knowing.

This place has great food and a great selection of beer with helpful, knowledge servers. However, no beer prices are listed and if you're not careful you can rack up a big tab quickly. Great overall though!

Food was good and atmosphere was good. Do have to say that this place is over priced. And didn't help that the waitress was very crappy near the end.. Not sure what happened with her. All in all, probably wont be going back.

Dinner with two college classmates; had calamari for an appetizer; best I can remember having anywhere! Ordered Jambalaya for dinner. It was also outstanding! Beer choices were excellent. Great Service from Sara. We ll be back!

Got some takeout and a beer. As soon as I sat down I had the friendly bartender take my order and slid me a tasty ipa, even through the place was packed. I saw others post the food was expensive, but you're not in Wendy's, you're in a nice restaurant/brewery. A+ service. A+ food.

There are multiple restaurants in the area that have a large beer selection. I've been to most of them. I can easily say Frisco has the best beer selection. You can find some true gems on draft which is hard to say. Only caveat is that they are a little pricey. Which is expected when purchasing hard to get beers. Common beers are reasonably priced.

The restaurant is spread out and the tables have an odd layout. They have table tops separating the bar from the sit down tables. Lots of TV's above the bar and a dinning room off to the side. They are very open to allowing you to hang out for some time and even bring in table top games if your not interested in sports. Very friendly atmosphere.

The major downside I hate to say is the food. The few times I have been there the food has been below average. Nothing especially bad but it was just ok for what I was paying. Know that it's been some time since I last visited and something could have changed.

I live very close to the place but have gone to similar restaurants much further away because they have better food. But when I have friends that are beer snobs visit the first thing I plan on doing is bringing them to Frisco.

Extensive beer selection but I found it odd that the only way to see it was by looking at it displayed electronically above the bar (difficult if you're not seated close to the bar) or by looking it up his the internet on your cell ( First, you have to find the right Frisco location).... Really? It can't be printed along with the menu, wine list and daily specials?
If you're two for dinner, ask for a 4 top table. The tables for 2 are too small, given the unecessarily oversized plates and the condiments/menu rack on the table.

Large craft beer selection! Love it. Food is always amazing! Their fish tacos were our first big surprise, leading to a love for fish tacos l! We have truly enjoyed trying different items on menu as each offers a new delicious experience! Today we discovered their Risotto cakes as apps. Wow!! Wanted to give 5 stars, as really we enjoy Frisco s, but our burgers were over done tonight. It won t deter us from coming back to one of our favorite spots. That said the service is always attentive and want to say the salads are also delicious

This place rules. nothing better than a spicy steak sammich and a cold one.....other than the steak pizza, chorizo queso, corn dusted chicken, or burrito and a cold one. Fun, clean, open atmosphere with a great owner and staff. Can't say enough, love this place, worth the drive from towson(or anywhere for that matter)

It can be pretty pricey, but in general the atmosphere is enjoyable and the selection of beers is good.

It was great. They had a lot of gluten free options for me and beer choices for him. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and alcohol choices.

Always great service. Excellent brews recommended by the knowledgeable staff. Food is really good...not your typical neighborhood bar product in a good way, but you still get your neighborhood bar friendliness. Prices are what you should expect with good quality. Definitely a good value.

The beer selection was great. It was hard to see the menu and we were asked to look it up on our phones. Not really ideal but they had a good selection. The poor rating is mostly for the food, which was less than satisfying. We most likely won't return due to not liking any of the food served (nachos, buffalo burger, fries).

My first sip of the Illustrious Buddha New England IPA told me I was in the right place. Reckless knows how to make beer. I got the Chimichurri Chicken off the specials menu while my wife ordered one of the taco appetizers as a meal. The tacos were a Asian/Mexican fusian that was delicious, the Special Chimichurri Chicken was decidedly unspecial (the best part was the above average brown rice). It was average. Overall, the atmosphere at Frisco's is family friendly (as much as a brewery can be), the beer is top notch and, as long as you stick to simple stuff, the food is good.

Their food is good but their wide selection of beers and service are the shining qualities of this establishment. I have become a regular here. The staff are relaxed and friendly, and in my experience all of them are knowledgable about the beers on the menu, always ready with recommendations if you ask. The bartenders are passionate about what they do, and can tell you about each brew. This is valuable because the wide variety of beers cycles constantly. There is always something new to try whenever I visit. I can only speak for the Columbia location as I have not gone to the one in Crofton, but the wide selection coupled with the cozy atmosphere and enjoyable staff makes for a great way to de-stress after a long week. They have found a loyal customer in me.

I did carryout so i cant speak too much about the staff. The interior was nice looking when i picked up my food. However, the prices they have on their own website was different than what i was charged. If they are changing their prices they need to be quicker about updating. I ordered through carryoutmenu but i did check their website as well. $5 for a cold side order of fries? I showed up a few minutes early so my food would still be warm but it wasnt. Now onto the crab dip. The price of the crab dip was also wrong on their website but not unreasonable fot a good crab dip but my bread was raw not just soggy and there isnt much dip to speak of. First time ive tried them, i wont be back but not the worse place in the area.

It was our first time and sadly will be our last. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice but the food was not good at all. The concepts were definitely interesting and we wanted to be good. The common thread....all of the fried food was really greasy as if they didn't get it long enough or drain them well enough. The calamari, fries, and onion rings were so greasy that we had to dab them on napkins. The jambalaya had a great first taste and then was overwhelmed by being too salty. The alligator/pork belly sliders were confusing...no pork belly/bacon taste at all. Lastly... we've been to a number of brew houses and a common thread is that their brewing table and area are always spotless and shiny. Not at Frisco. Maybe it was a bad day as it was a really cool spot.

Expensive, could have easily bought a full meal from another restaurant for the price of a so-called starter/appetizer that was already pretty small. If you want a bottle of beer 4x avg price, come here. Recommend, spending money elsewhere.

Beeeeeeer! Every Wednesday they host pint night, with a different brewery taking a handful of taps to showcase a full variety of their offerings. It's a good opportunity to explore the various beers that a brewery offers and meet the people behind it. You also get a pint glass from that brewery (while supplies last) when ordering one of their beers. The food is good, but it seems overpriced for what it is. I recommend sticking to the beer.

This place is great. It has around 30 beers on tap, more in bottles. The staff are a bunch of beer nerds who will fill you in without insulting you for not know all there is to know about beer. The food is also delicous and the decor and atmosphere allow for anything from stopping by after your kickball game to bringing a date for a nice dinner. They have a good number of TVs for sports in case the date thing doesn't work out.

Went here after throwing some axes at Stumpy s next door. I didn t expect to get a cheesesteak but it was cheesesteak Friday at Frisco s. I was shocked by how good the fries and cheesesteak was. I would definitely go back for another!

We just ate there tonight and, if you look at value for the money, it's not worth. We paid $34.24 for 2 burritos, sauteed mushrooms and onion rings. We took the food as carryout. When I placed the order, the gentleman answering the phone asked if we wanted cheese, sour cream and guacamole, and I said yes for both burritos. Had I known that would've cost us an additional $3.75/burrito, I would've said no. To charge that much for what amounts to condiments is train robbery. We were both saddened in that the amount of rice and beans in each burrito (one steak, one tofu), comprised well over 50% of the burrito. I found the steak burrito to be as good or slightly less good than a Chipotle or Qdoba burrito. The taste, combined with the price, means we won't be going back there, even if it is a local joint. Thanks, but there's plenty of other burrito joints out there with the same or better quality and lesser cost.
