Frisbee cannot get any worse now that they're for-profit hospital that's contributing to the high health insurance cost that's always been the issue in this country. People need to realize it's not just health insurance companies that's the issue.

Good doctors are leaving and the facility simply exist as money making machine like so many for-profit hospitals. That's not the kind of care people want when we are simply treated like cash generating objects.

I stopped going here even though it's the closest hospital, the quality of the service has gone WAY down. Don't support hospitals like this that's cause Americans to go bankrupt over simple healthcare that everyone deserves. Shame on you, Frisbee and HCA Healthcare

For the past two years, my husband and I have been patients at Frisbee Memorial Hospital, particularly the Wound Care Clinic usually on a weekly basis. There has not been one occasion that Don has not greeted us and everyone else in our presence with Kindness, Professionalism and Humor! When COVID arrived He stepped up to the challenge. I hope he never retires. It will leave a huge whole in the heart of Frisbee Memorial Hospital.

I have been to this hospital for different things such as dual hip replacements to radiology and different testing and every time this hospital staff has been more than helpful and I have more testing and happy to be using this hospital.

My teenage son was brought to the ED via ambulance after a skateboarding accident. I met him there as he was at a friend s house & we live 40 min away. I don t know where to begin, I am so appalled. When the Doctor came into the room he told me that he felt it wasn t necessary to perform CT scan-despite my son losing consciousness at the scene, exhibiting memory loss, repeating himself, & an incredible amount of physical injury to his face. I insisted the scan be done. They (the Doctor & nurse) failed to perform a thorough physical exam, missing a huge wound on his back. A wound that I found & had to point out to them. The nurse missed wounds on his body when she was cleaning them. She also directed me to give my son Motrin after the Dr clearly said NO MOTRIN. I had to repeatedly ask for another blanket for my son, who was in shock, as well as a pillow to prop him up. I was met with barely courteous responses. There would be no circumstance in which I would return to this hospital nor would I want anyone I care about to receive, care, there.

This is hands down the worst hospital I have ever been to. I told myself I would never come back after a horrific experience with my son a few years back. Against my better judgment I went back because it was close to home and in a pinch. I remembered exactly why I have so much hatred for this place. Some of the nurses and doctors have zero bedside manner or patience and are so disgustingly awful with how they interact with children. I have all the respect and appreciation for how hard their days/jobs may be but it completely blows my mind how awful they are towards people.

I had knee surgery on 9/16/2021. It was my first experience at Frisbee Hospital. From the pre-registration over the phone, the scheduling over the phone, going for the covid test prior to surgery and the day of surgery, everyone was kind, professional, caring. The facility was clean and comfortable and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone involved in my care.

As I am sitting here in the ER. For hours waiting for test results I have yet to see anyone enter my room for the past three hours. Short handed or not I should have been cared for. I had to catch the dr in the hallway and ask a nurse to come in my room and pull an IV. I know the Er was full but it wasn't full when I first got there. We passed at least 4 empty beds on the way to the forgotten room. but I was put in a tiny room no tb not given a call button and basically felt totally forgotten. If you need to go here don't let them put you in room 12.

The place is a joke. They'd rather send you home to die than keep you and treat you. If I hadn't gone to Wentworth Douglas right after going to Frisbee, I would have lost my life, literally. And they treat their employees even worse (I know this from experience working there). So my advice is, if you can make it to Dover. Go right on past Frisbee and continue on to Wentworth Douglas Hospital if you want to continue living. Frisbee Hospital treats everyone like they're junkies, looking for a fix.

I showed up at the er around 6:50 am and no one was in the waiting room, which I figured was great I'd get taken in soon. After 25 minutes i walked over to the desk to ask how much longer it might be,, I was told that they were in the process of doing their 7 am turn over. So, from what I have taken from this is that during turn over times medical staff doesn't care if your in pain sitting in the waiting room or not. As long as they don't get stuck here late or have to work the second they walk in.
