Slow on paper work lazy workers taken over 10 hours to get loaded I have been coming here a long time before it was saputo and it is getting worst office staff for the most part very friendly and helpful but getting loaded at reasonable time to make delivery on time is very hard with hrs of service

No overnight not sure if I cought them on a slow time durning Corana virus but was in a. Out in 45 minutes an was friendly

I have always been a big fan of Friendship Cottage Cheese because it was so much better than any other cottage cheese I've ever tasted. Lately, however, I've noticed a difference in the flavor. Upon reading the ingredients, I saw that there were additives, such as locust bean gum and carrageenan. Friendship has never put additives in its cottage cheese before. I am very disappointed!

Arrived at 4:45pm for a pick up. Not aloud to speak to anyone on the property. Waited for 15 hours and still was never loaded. Left without the load lost 15 hours of drive time! NEVER TAKE A LOAD FROM HERE! Load was a Walmart load and that didnt even matter!

Extremely friendly staff not a lot of parking but they do a very good job and they're fairly quick at it

Avoid at all costs. Will never return and advise our dispatchers not to accept any loads coming out of here. 4 PM apt and 10:15 now and still not loaded no excuses for this. Doesn't matter if short handed or not. Shouldn't book loads if they cant get them out in a reasonable time.

Friendly check-in person and fast loading time. We were in and out in a little over an hour.

Easy process for getting checked in and checked out. The night crew is amazing, and they load/unload really quickly. Not much wasted time sitting in their docks. The lot is difficult to maneuver due to gravel and dirt. I was there during winter/spring so hopefully it's better during non inclement weather.

I have never had an issue with loading here, til today... Got here at noon for a 1pm appt. I didn't get in a door til 5:35pm, here it is 8:30pm and I'm still not loaded. Loader said they had 6 people call off, but they are union workers and can't fire them for it. Apparently it happens nearly every Monday.... It's no wonder why food prices keep going up, in order to cover the cost of detention for drivers to deliver products. Government needs to regulate shippers/receivers and not the drivers.

Never trendy" and "Our cottage cheese has been a superfood original since 1917" and "By sticking to the same care and attention to quality and nutrition we have for over 100 years"... Excuse me but are these people for real....a SUPERFOOD???? Do they really think we are that stupid to think that what they now produce is the same as it was 100 years ago??? Do they also think the customer (NOT consumers) doesn't know the difference between REAL food with the dairy left IN and the ersatz crap with most of the real ingredients taken out, replaced by gums like Locust Bean Gum and Carageenan?? (This change happened in August of 2015). When do customers begin to see WHOLE milk products again instead of no-fat, low-fat, 0%,1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and every crazy concoction under the sun that have contributed to all the sickness and obesity America faces at this point in time? They can now join the rogue's gallery with Sorrento/Galbani and hang on the same wall of shame!! Their products will now stay on the shelves!

Worst Place ever.. Avoid if you can. 1pm appointment and it s 11pm and I m still not Loaded. The delivery is 7am and I have 358 miles of drive which will take about 5:46 hours and I still have to sleep. They say that they are short of help but I think they Have no Clue what they are doing. They took care of 5 trucks in 12 hours so far. So you Imagine how Slow they are. 7 trucks waiting and 3 are on docks besides the 7. Ask for more money or get another Load.

Last week I bought several containers of Friendship sour cream. They were probably the worst sour cream that I have experienced. #36-4127.
They were over a month within the expiration date, so that was not a factor. They were as loose as thick sweet cream and flowed like a liquid. They had a significant amount of whey separated.
To me, sour cream should be firm and hold its shape when a portion is scooped out. These did not. I would be very reluctant to buy this product in the future.

Almost 4 hrs after my apt, paperwork took for ever because the lady was on messenger the whole time .loading guys are really nice.

1st off we arrived 15mins before our appointment time at 7pm checked in and the lady was really nice put us straight in a dock they had us loaded in about 2.5hrs on a walmart load....the lot its self is gravel with some pavement wasnt that bad at all if it rains it may be bad for some...the only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating was because docks are extremely tight and not enough room for backing other than that staff was extremely nice...but remember this is a walmart load so I dont know if that makes a difference...everyone be safe

I've not had their branded products. But I will say the Great Value cottage cheese they make is pretty decent. The version provided by Morningstar Creamery is basically pudding.

I had a good experience with them. Got loaded pretty quick I was in and out within an hour and a half.

Lady at shipping office is nice but still 2 stars for loading time. I waited 6hrs to get loaded. No truck stop or store near by so bring your food with you. They said we only have 3 ppl working. Then hire more people. And i don't think owner or Whoever the main person here is reading reviews about problems we face or maybe they don't give a damn about us or our time.

OTR trucks enter on the western part of the building. Dairy tankers enter on the east side of building. No overnight parking. Check-in was easy. The gentleman at the check-in shack was friendly and courteous. Put given sheet on the driver side window. Appointment set for 8 p.m. started loading at 8:05 p.m. Not too much space to roam around in. The grounds are partially paved and the rest is gravel and dirt. No nearby trucks stops. There is a rest area just north of facility on I-86/17. But, according to Trucker Path, DOT is a casual encounter, so, park at your own risk.

my truck came to load Sunday at 10pm, the begged me to stay on the load till Monday ,today is Tuesday 10 am still not finished loading. Stay AWAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!

It was bad day for me arriving 9:00 am originally my appointment was 2:on and the shipper says 9:00 pm and now is next day 1:45 am still at the dock no body cares about eld and night time driving ugly place I hope am not coming back here

These people are really good people! But here lately they are never ready when we get there for our appt & they were NEVER like that before! They always got us in & out! Not anymore! I don't know what's going on there but I wished they would go back to the way they were!

Checked in 20 min before appointment. Been waiting for dock for the 1.5 hours. Loaded in 20 min. Gps will bring you to other side. Take first right just before plant and than check in on your right before gates.
Messy yard in the winter though.

I will not be buying your cottage cheese or any of your products again. I hadn't bought any in a while, as the whole milk version (4%) is only sold in one store in my area, and I only go to that store for your cottage cheese, but I bought some this week and it didn't taste good. I looked at the ingredients and see you now put locust bean gum and carageenan in it. You used to only use cultured milk, cream, and salt, which was why I loved it. It's a shame you sold out like this.

We been here 24 hours and still havent got loaded we where on time for our appointment time said they where behind because only one picker/loader.this place is a joke...

Dirt lot, been here waiting for 17 hours, been in a door for 6 and half hours, not touched. I was here a year ago waiting for 34 hours, no joke. TC diner down the road will deliever. Good luck.

The lid on my cottage cheese says, "Made from milk so fresh it needs to be slapped." This is not humor that is enjoyable or funny. The image of violence is offensive, and made my breakfast an unpleasant experience.

It has provided a good job for me since 1978. Still producing great products at an affordable price. We are now, one of the Cultured Dairy Plants of Saputo Dairy Foods USA,LLC. Products made at our plant are: Farmers Cheese, Several variations of Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream and Cultured Buttermilk.

...I come here 1 pm and my appointment was 11 am I checked in and they told me I will be on work in because I missed my appointment and I said ok...it was 1pm I know it will take longer but I guess 3-4-5 hours and I will be able to get on the road in Normal hours drive some hours take a nap and continue to make it on time for delivery but that was just my thoughts....now its 10 pm and they didn't started loading me yet their excuse is because I was late ,no that's not a excuse because of your bad management working....and now what, they will load me around 12 1 am and I need to try my best drive all night when every normal person needs to sleep but not truck drivers and that's how some drivers are falling asleep on their steering wheel.....and someone will say ooo you was sitting 10 h there, you could sleep well we are not a smart phone so you can press one button and put.the phone on sleep that's all thanks

Very bad attitude, they gave the door to the door waited six hours went to the door to ask when they will start loading he got out so aggressive says wait in your truck if you ask again you will leave from here without a load.

If I could give negative stars I would. I've been trucking almost 30 years and im having a hard time remembering a place that was so bad. We waited 18 hours to load AFTER our appointment. You are not allowed to talk to any employee. You may not knock on any door. You will park in a mudhole where there is no rest rooms. If you need to go, you have to walk back to the front of the building where you checked in, through the mud.
I will refuse to take another load from here.
I'd rather go to any grocery warehouse than this dump!

I bit tight but doable. Ppl there are nice and professional not much in the way of parking but they seem to work with drivers on that part. There's a new awesome trickster just a few miles away thats really great!
