It would have been helpful to have more transparent communication channels for those interested in getting involved. Additionally, although their commitment to long-term mentoring relationships is commendable, I felt that the overall impact of their programs could have been more clearly demonstrated. Overall, while I appreciate their dedication to serving the community, I believe there is room for growth and improvement in their approach.
