Only departmental store, charm of lulu lies in its hypermarket. This one doesn't has foodstuffs

Lulu is always a great place for shopping, everything is available in one place is a pretty easy option. You can find all those brands a normal individual need on day today.

Good place to buy things. . But toilet is not clean very bad smell came.. Today I entered toilet I cannot go inside. Very bad smell.. I came out from toilet.
Lulu selling many varieties of room spray, first lulu use this perfumes to their toilet then sell.
Compare to Indian government toilet almuteena lulu is toilet is worst.. I hope after my commend amuteena lulu management they will properly maintains the toilet.

POOR MANAGERIAL SKILLS

Really it was a very bad experienced the way how my complain was handled by Farooq & Sajhan. I was suprised as they are managers in the branch talking style to the customer is very rude. What we can expect from Junior staff if managers are such.
Firstly Farooq was not willing talk to me though i requested from customer service i wanted to speak to manager on duty.
It's really unacceptable behaviour of managers Lulu in Muteena.
