I simply can t understand why a patient with an appointment with Dr. Qasim Nasser has to pay fees before even entering the clinic. I am not talking about emergency case or admission to the hospital. This shows disrespect towards patients and smells like money making business and not the human treatment as a doctor. Fees can be paid after the visit when you know what are you paying anyways.

Also the receptionist was rude, playing with her phone while we were talking to her. Even if it always done like that it doesn t mean it s right. To tell Nobody will let you into the clinic unless you pay in advance is simply poor, behavior.

P.S. Doctors job is to help and then to charge, not other way round.

Never again this clinic!

The hospital is faulty in its location in a very narrow area, and parking is not suitable for all visitors. There are no basement positions, or positions close to it.

The worst hospital in Amman. Amateur employees, poor service, very bad, small and crowded patients rooms. Old and ugly waiting areas also if you wanna have a cup of coffee from the cafeteria you'll have to wait more than half an hour due to the poor service and employees, if you have any kind of surgery you'll also have to go up and down so many times to do the tests while using three elevators poorly maintained and one of which is already broken. After all of this what shoked me the most is the arrow they draw on my father's forehead to indicate which eye they are working on before the surgery . I felt like they are treating him like an object not a human being, his doctor should have studied his case and prepared him self and his crew for the surgery without the need of drawing an arrow on his forehead with a sharpe.
