I arrived at 3:30pm, it took about 20 min to get some service. After an additional hour of sitting in the customer lounge the advisor tells me that they don t have the tire in stock but that they can order it. Now I m wondering why it took over 1 hour to tell me that. I decline because I really don t want to drive out here again. After another 30min of waiting for them to call my name for paperwork I just go and find someone. The person I found was very helpful and helped get me out of there. They did try charging me for an oil change and tire parch. Despite doing none. I ve learned my lesson and next time I ll just go to Discount Tires. All of this was beyond unnecessary. 3:30 hours I ll never get back.

I had a 11:30 appointment and was not seen until 11:50. An Oil change took 2 hours with an appointment. The young ladies at checkout were not professional and were laughing and talking instead of paying attention to cars being brought up. My car sat for an extra 15 minutes before I walked to the front desk for checkout. I have a fleet vehicle and the young ladies never know how to handle the payment. I come quite often and normally the now manager handles my inquiry and no one else appears to know what to do when the payment is for Fleet or company vehicles. I miss my former Fleet representative but proud he is now the manager to help make the place better. 2 hour oil change with an appointment is unacceptable.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. There service department staff has had zero communication and it s been over a month.
I m a small business owner and a month without my 2500 Hd pickup has made me loose jobs. With no communication from Freindly Chevrolet I have not been able to schedule work and complete jobs in a timely manner.

Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change today and I did not have to wait 2-3 hours like at other Chevy dealerships. Some dealerships have you waiting so long you d think they re tearing down your motor to get to the oil filter or something, (consuming your entire day)! Not at Friendly Chevy and Not with Service Advisor Taylor. The Ladies/front office staff is always friendly and easy to deal with as well You guys rock!! Thanks for being the best part of what keeps my car running like new!

To bad you can't put zero stars.. This is the WORST dealership I have ever been to. They lie cheat and steal from you. They scam you and they sell you stuff you say no to. This dealership does not need to be in business. The sales manager Tommy is a worthless cheat and liar. The owner will not even respond to calls. The body shop guys Doug and Brent wow. They have absolutely no business in that field. Worthless....

It's funny as hell when there only reply is to call the dealership. Nice.... they will not answer my calls. I get hung up on over and over. The owner will not even talk to me. Guess what time it is Friendly Chevrolet. That's right see you in court.

Gustavo is the best salesman you will ever meet! Gustavo made it easy for me to trade in my current Ford F-150 for a new Chevy Silverado. He is extremely personable and made sure I got a good deal. I will recommend all of my friends & family to him. Go ask for Gustavo and you will not regret it!!!

We purchased our brand new 2021 Traverse on June 15 but it was in transit. Our Traverse didn t arrive till June 24. Isaias Reyna was our salesman and he was very attentive. He help us from the beginning to the end. I have to say thank you to George who made our deal even sweeter after we have been waiting so long for our car to arrive. It worked out great for us. Have to say Thank you to Perla and Cindy for their help as well. They were able to help us get the auto start order and helped us out with the Onstar as well. I highly recommend Friendly Chevrolet to everyone. They take care of you like family.

I had a doctor's appointment at 4:30 for severe pain in my foot when I walked, and planned to leave at 4pm for my appointment. I had already been working to get a vehicle all week. Another local dealership referred me to Friendly Chevrolet since they did not have the truck in stock I wanted. So I came into Friendly Chevrolet around 2:30pm and worked with one of your employees.

1) I found a truck I liked and was willing to put down a deposit to hold it over night so I could go to my appointment. I wanted to come back the next day and negotiate and sign the paperwork. I was told Friendly Chevrolet could not do that. It was first come first serve. So I moved my appointment to later that week and went through the steps to purchase the vehicle.

2) There was a sign on the table that said they would offer $1000 over trade in value for a vehicle. I had a vehicle but was told they did not want it at all. If I wanted to buy a new truck, it would have to be a straight purchase.

3) A previous local dealership that week had mentioned to me to see if I was eligible for the GM Supplier discount. They showed me the website and I secured the necessary forms for this discount. Unfortunately they ended up selling the truck I wanted. I was still able to take the discount with me to another dealer. The dealer that referred me to Friendly also said they honored the GM supplier discount. Friendly told me they did not honor it.

4) Finally after the purchase, I have had to come back a few times. The salesman, finance guy, and sales manager have been super nice to me since that original evening.

Although I sincerely appreciate the guys being really nice after the fact, the first impression really set the tone for the entire experience. Sadly, other people I have talked to about this experience have not had many nice things to say about Friendly Chevrolet.

I also want to thank John Duran for giving me a good deal on my trade in and new truck Go Cowboys!! Last person I would like to thank is Fred Smith for closing the deal everything was good till I found out he was a New Orleans fan but it was an awesome experience and thanks for finding a bank to get me approved. ohh one more person that gave a good word Mr. Bud thank you guys and I ll be back to trade in for an electric truck here s a few pics of my black beauty
