I cannot thank Roderick enough! He was transparent, efficient, intelligent, and sincere with his approach toward my unique financial situation. He literally got me approved in 10 minutes when other dealers took two days. He has the knowledge and expertise to work with individuals that need a fresh start. I drove always in a beautiful Lexus and felt like a million bucks! Please don t waste your time with other car salesmen go see Roderick I promise you will not be sorry! Thank you Roderick !!!!

It was good. I had to take my car in without an appointment and even without someone came right out to help me-No waiting! I got a call back today about my car, its still under warranty. Yay! Very impressive service dept.

Still the same review graph huh. Something is wrong with the service dept technicians. I was once ripped off year 2016. I went there only for 6-monthly Sienna change oil and said they found some parts to be replaced & changed and it reached the total amount from $70 to $2600. Most probably they accidentally broke or ruined something. I never had problem with my car so far, even before & until now. I never came back. So funny so easy money.

Got my car serviced for the first time for the 5k miles service. Steve the assistant service manager was very helpful and helped me navigate through the issues I had pertaining my wheel locks. He was very understanding and so easy to work with. Bryan from the tire department had excellent customer service and provided me with so much knowledge about my car in an easy to follow manner. He was very transparent and honest and I greatly appreciate that. I can now say there is a trustworthy car service department in Fremont!

I got my car serviced here two times now. Everything seems good. I just wish I could freely ask more questions to the service person. I wish they were a little more patient, even if repetition of answers were warranted.

Horrible experience, people promised financing, gave me a car and later asked to changed the terms I signed and asked for a larger deposit. After being assured a creditor has accepted my application and I signed the new terms and gave a larger deposit. Turns out they didn't!! So was asked to return the car April 8. I did. And they promised my deposit is two weeks out. It's May 7th..... Just horrible customer service. I hope they get me my check before I am done filing for the small claims court.

UPDATE
So turns out my deposit was supposedly mailed the 28th of April, but was just left on one of the office workers desk. I had to drive down and get the check on the 11th of May since I wasn't sure they'd be able to find the mail box for their office. I understand these are trying times with the outbreak, but if you are open to take your car back, you should be able to repay the deposit in a timely manner as well.

Sharks! got scammed on my first car purchase. After I requested help by someone who knew Spanish, the sales rep said my English was good enough so he can make the transaction... end up locked in contract without understanding, paying more than should have because Toyota sales judged my language even though I asked for Spanish for my understanding. Sale person barely spoke english as well so there was super language /understanding barrier.

My service manager, Reza Khan, moved to Fremont Toyota. Once I realized he moved, I switched to Fremont Toyota for regular maintenance service on my vehicle.
Mr. Khan is honest and straightforward. Fairly unusual these days!
