The "Old SOB" saw me from his office window and didn't even think enough of me to step out to see if he could assist me. He looked right at me.
He sent a nice young lady out to me who ended up telling me the vehicle I was looking for was sold. I got the message. I promise I won't ever come back! I thought you all were in the business of selling cars. Thanks!

Exceptional customer service. My passenger mirror broke running into a garbage can (lol). I called the service department and was quoted a high price to replace it. When I took my car in, to my surprise the technician said only parts of it needed to be replaced and it would be ALOT less. Now, they could have easily taken advantage of me and didn t. Thank you to my service advisor Angela and the great service crew!

Fantastic job for the entire service team! As usual Terri and Angela made sure everything would be taken care of with the utmost professionalism and human touch! This was a big repair job on an aging car and Joshua made my car feel amazing again! I m not loyal to any particular service center, and switched in the past, but it s been six years I m with them and every time they surpass my expectations. These guys are the best in the metroplex!
Can one ever use the phrase pleasant experience at a car dealership of course you can when you're working with someone like Ms Edida Cruz.... I spoke with her regarding a used car two weeks ago and the experience was great from the jump........ She was a professional through and through she helped me with the entire process even as far as helping me negotiate a desired price......... and she said what she was going to do and she did what she said....
